There’s been a willful naivety by the left in believing that for the midterms this admin would suddenly pivot and abide by the Constitution & rule of law. I have yelled this into the void since the signing of THE BILL. MAGA will be the equivalent of a cornered rabid animal.

It took 10 long years for conservative America to figure out that Trump is working with Putin to destroy the U.S., but they finally are. Better late than later.. The National Review has turned on Putin's puppet: "Republicans and Democrats, together, should regard this week’s developments as the last straw."

Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) & Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) have alarming readout of their conversation with Vlodymyr Zelenskyy: “Pres. Zelenskyy confirmed that critical Starlink services remain degraded, including on systems traveling at speeds above 100 miles per hour, impeding Ukraine’s ability to intercept Russian drones. He also reported disruptions to U.S. intelligence sharing concerning early warning of Russian ballistic missile launches. As a result of these disruptions, civilians – children – are dying"

MAGA wasn’t terrified of Mamdani because he is Muslim. They were terrified because he’s showing that politicians are capable of improving their constituents’ lives, instead of filling their pockets & leaving us to rot. Act accordingly. Vote accordingly.

Vaccines don’t prevent transmission and vaccines have never prevented transmission. Nor do they prevent organ damage, disability or death when folks are constantly being reinfected.

“Moreover, COVID-19-related deaths rose 46.4% in a single week.” As people die in droves in the US this fall & winter, it will be a big mystery, as usual. We don’t have a functioning public health body, & we don’t keep accurate data.

One thing most people don’t know about disability is how unsafe you feel ALL the time. It’s terrifying not being able to trust your body to function properly. It’s scary to need to rely on others for basic survival. It’s frightening watching society label you expendable.

In a classified briefing, a DoD official revealed to Senators how much Iranian attacks on U.S. bases have cost us. Now, I'm calling for the DoD to make that number public. Americans deserve to know how much of their money is being burned on Trump's war with Iran.

Donald Trump canceled his scheduled Oct. 16 deposition in his lawsuit against the BBC because of "matters of national importance." The BBC alerts the judge that those matters were: a rally in Dalton, Ga. and a fundraiser at Mar-a-Lago.

It’s not a novel SARS virus anymore nor is it intrinsically more dangerous

I have a friend who’s in the hospital for an organ transplant. Mild Flu like symptoms. Turns out it is a Parasitic infection. And ofc on a tangential note: nobody around them are wearing an n95

If "experts" keep saying it's just a flu, if governments do all they can to put it in the "flu-like illnesses" carbage bin, how can people know? How?

People forget that SarsCov2 is a novel SARS virus. It’s not an influenza virus. It’s not a cold. Intrinsically, it is more dangerous than both of these. Similar symptoms ≠ similar disease.

It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota. To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically. Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country. Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case. Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve. In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota. The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

Donald Trump set another record. There’s NEVER been an election (since polling began in the United States) where voters said “corruption” was their top worry. Until now.
