For all practical purposes measles is back, now whooping cough on the rise, next domino to fall. What’s next? Hib meningitis? Polio? All to benefit a corrupt wellness influencer industry and phony MAHA ideologies. Congress, the White House asleep.
Americans should be outraged
"As measles continues to spread across the United States, questions have emerged about whether the country will retain its measles elimination status."

But nothing you wrote is true. The opposite: I develop low-cost, often patent-free vaccines, which actually bypass big pharma. Our Covid vaccine technology reached 100 million people, $2-3/dose. This tweet is what happens when people don’t read books, lose all critical thinking

PETER HOTEZ check your pockets. You are in bed with Pfizer and the rest. They may be watching Joe Rogan because they are not idiots and realize that legacy media are bribed by Big Pharma via advertising. You and so called experts like Fauci have been proven to be wrong on so many levels. "The Vaccine stops transmission", "It is safe and effective" "There are no therapeutics", "Natural immunity is of no consequence", "Adverse reactions are extremely rare". Good news, propaganda media and the Health cartel have been exposed. The Emperor has no clothes. Long live the truth.

Facials are incredibly relaxing, but do they actually do much for your skin long term? I asked dermatologists and wrote about it for NYT:

Cancer misinformation often comes from someone who sounds confident and well-meaning, but takes facts out of context to support a conclusion not based in real evidence; when people are overwhelmed or scared, this kind of message gains traction open.substack.com/pub/dflora… @dbfloramd
And the first one -- also SO GOOD!
Dr. Andrea Prinzi provides insights on how #polio cases rose despite the public's sanitation and hygiene improving, as well as Jonas Salk’s and Albert Sabin's approaches to their vaccines' development. @biomerieux #IDtwitter #MedTwitter

This is SO GOOD.
Dr. Andrea Prinzi talks about how the March of Dimes played such a significant role against #polio and how its oral vaccine is a singular lesson that can be applied to science as a whole and the need to adapt to changing circumstances. #IDtwitter

Will Miami-Dade and its Democratic mayor be a target here, too? Prop-tax revenues are growing in Miami even with rates cut slightly over the last couple of years. Bulk of county prop taxes go to sheriff, jails, Jackson hospital and MDFR.
Counties and cities should be accountable to the taxpayers they serve. They should NOT be treating their citizens like a piggy bank for bloated budgets.
I was proud to travel with @GovRonDeSantis to announce our @DOGEFLA audit of Broward County and City of Gainesville spending.
We are on a mission to prove that local governments CAN cut taxes if they take a hard look at unnecessary spending.
I look forward to bringing in a new era of accountability.

Massive congratulations to @ZohranKMamdani for a historic campaign. Your insistence on doing what’s right, loving people deeply, profoundly caring for the city, and refusing to allow the bigots to make you less joyful, kind, and good is a lesson to so many around the country. 1/
Some good ideas for the DNC: washingtonpost.com/opinions/…
Dems must adopt strategies/tactics outside of the liberal vs. conservative, left vs. right binary: Be interesting. Run against the political establishment and the wealthy. Find compelling candidates. Focus on occasional voters.
