This week was far harder than last. Yesterday was my dad's birthday, and the funeral home called for us to get his ashes. I wanted to just be left alone to grieve, but the week was full of crap with contractors, insurance, and all the business side of death. I'm so tired.
Love how the first thing since my dad's funeral my stepmom does is call and yell at me about contractors and money. I will not be her punching bag; grief isn't an excuse for bad behavior. My dad may have put up with her, but I'm not him.
