This recent study titled ' Pain localization and associations with strength and range of motion deficits in rotator cuff-related shoulder pain vs asymptomatic: A cross-sectional case control study' offers valuable insights into the biomechanical and clinical characteristics of rotator cuff-related shoulder pain (RCRSP).
The findings from this study highlight the clinical utility of pain mapping and strength profiling in distinguishing RCRSP and guiding targeted interventions.

“Affordable Precision in Motion: Y-Balance Test Aligns with Force Platform Metrics to Track Lower Limb Asymmetry in Firefighters”
🧠 This study reveals moderate correlations between anterior reach asymmetry in the YBT and force-platform-derived indices from squat jump (SJ) and isometric mid-thigh pull (IMTP), supporting YBT as a cost-effective, practical alternative for assessing functional asymmetry and injury risk.
