Yesterday I heard about @Vahid_Beheshti who's currently on his 43rd day of an indefinite hunger strike! He's outside the Foreign Office 24/7, only a 2 min walk from Westminster tube. If you're in London & have time, I think it'd be a very worthwhile visit
