Not many deserve legendary status. But Kevin Keegan did. Both on and off the pitch. He was an absolute gentleman. The nation and football has lost a hero. His family has lost the loveliest of men. So many wonderful moments in his company. God bless you King Kev.
When I first started presenting at ITN doing their Saturday sport it was alongside Dermot. Always supportive, always sharp, always professional. What a career he had. A standout performer
Dermot Murnaghan, former TV presenter and long-time Sky News anchor, has died. Murnaghan, 68, was an anchor for Sky News for 15 years until 2023. Before that, he presented for Channel 4, ITV and the BBC, and was loved for hosting the quiz show Eggheads.

Eddie Jordan. What a man to work with. Easy. You knew you could fill a programme with his thoughts and opinions. The paddock will be quieter and less fulfilling without him.
So saddened by this. I loved Paddy’s twinkle in his eye, his questioning, his humour, his incredible writing, but above all the support he selflessly gave so many of us. A colossus of a journalist.
I’ve always felt there should be a version of the #Traitors where we, the viewers, don’t know who the traitors actually are. Then we can play the game and work out who’s who.

Anyone throwing stones at you Tommo has never been a broadcaster, never had the pressure of a commentary, never had to deliver the right words at the right time. It’s hard, and sometimes we get it slightly wrong. In your case that’s rare. Anyone fancy stepping up to the mic..?No.
How long do you expect a @Philips electric toothbrush to last? Three years or so? Forget it. I’ve had three now and they’ve all failed within 18 months. The last one less than a year. Poor quality and dreadful customer care. No warranty applied to a replacement. Shambles.
I still tell the tale of performing Hamlet in the gardens of Lainston House in Hampshire, UK, with Jimmy Carter and his wife in the (small) audience. They sat on a blanket on the grass watching, and during the interval he met every member of the cast and shook their hand.
