Ban China’s Temu from America.
Temu just settled with Texas after being sued for harvesting data from 82+ million Americans and exposing it to the Chinese government. Texas filed suit in February accusing Temu of secretly collecting user data, misleading shoppers on discounts and product quality, and selling items that reports linked to toxic chemicals like PFAS in clothing, toys, and baby products. The October 16 settlement forces Temu to store Texans’ personal data on U.S.-owned servers, block China-based access except for limited shipping needs, and face independent annual audits for spyware and hidden data collection. Fail an audit and they pay another $8 million. On products, Temu must now remove recalled or unsafe items within two business days, test commonly purchased goods every year for lead, PFAS, and other harmful chemicals, and permanently cut off any seller caught with confirmed toxic products within five days. Temu admitted nothing. It still agreed to strict new rules and paid Texas $3 million. Texas is the first state to lock this in. Others are watching.

This is INSANE 🚨 Democrats new “mansion tax” has already collected $1.2 billion, it’s supposed to be spent on things like building affordable housing But the housing that’s being built it ultra expensive. There are projects costing $600k–$1 million+ per unit when the actual cost of the same comparable units should only be about $200k–$300k spending on location “Absurd, I have to say that. There's a deal in Westlake, $560,000 per unit, a deal on West Hollywood for $750,000 per unit. A deal in Pedro, $1 million a unit. Northridge, $750,000. Hollywood, $871,000. Del Ray, $1 million a unit. Insane. There are developers right now who will build brand new sick apartment units for $300,000 per unit. Like the sickest apartment buildings that you and I would live in, anyone would live in. They're sick. But affordable housing, because of bureaucracy, is $1 million a unit. It doesn't make any sense” This is such a scam, and I can tell you exactly why they’re doing it this way When these new developments do “affordable housing” the developers get the money from Democrats but in the contract they only have to be “affordable housing” for a set amount of years. After that they can transition them into being market rate So developers are just building luxury properties for $1m per unit with our tax money then will cash in again when they switch from “affordable housing” to market rate Another Democrat scam

Never date a Chinese woman
Changli “Sophia” Luo, a China-born entrepreneur, pleaded guilty to wire fraud during a federal court hearing in Manhattan on Oct 13, saying she had lied to Wesley Edens, referred to in court as Victim-1, when she told him she had recorded a sexual encounter they had in her home. Luo told a judge she used the threat of a recording to try to obtain money from Edens. In June, prosecutors brought 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝘂𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘅 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗺𝘀. Luo, who met Edens and one of the other men on LinkedIn, admitted in court to the allegations involving all three men. The plea resolved six other criminal counts Luo faced, including charges that she tried to extort more than $1 billion from Edens and had stolen the credit card information of two other romantic partners. As part of her plea deal, she agreed to pay $2 million in financial penalties. Her sentencing is scheduled for Feb 26. While a judge will determine her punishment, prosecutors and defense lawyers agreed that a sentence between three and four years in prison would be appropriate. Luo, after considerable discussion with family and friends, concluded it was in everyone’s best interest for her to accept responsibility for her conduct. Edens reached out to law enforcement out of concern for the safety of himself and his family. Federal agents arrested Luo in 2025 at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport as she was attempting to board a flight to China. Prosecutors said Luo first reached out to Edens on LinkedIn, then, after several in-person get-togethers, tried to shake him down by threatening to publicize videos and photos of him having sex with her. Luo reached out to Edens’s family members, including his current wife and ex-wife, and threatened to go to the media. In one message included in court documents, Luo wrote to Edens that “business partners will learn about you and your misdeeds from these interviews.”  Edens, who had divorced his longtime wife before meeting Luo, is known for unusual investments, including subprime loans after the 2008-09 financial crisis and a private passenger railway in Florida. In 2018, he bought a majority stake in the then-struggling English soccer club Aston Villa. Luo, a divorcee, was the founder of a Manhattan-based nonprofit that said it produced video interviews with economists and environmentalists. Prosecutors said she and the second victim went on a date in Manhattan, where she offered to have sex with the man in exchange for him buying her a $2,000 Apple computer. After their encounter, Luo secretly photographed his credit card and later used it to make a $4,500 online purchase from Apple.  She met the third victim after she cold-called him to solicit donations for her nonprofit. wsj.com/us-news/law/woman-ac…

In 1989, China cut the satellite feeds out of Beijing before the tanks rolled in. Every frame of the massacre that survived left the country as physical tape, hidden in luggage, hand-carried by strangers on flights to Hong Kong. That's how these tapes got out. A three-man ITN crew, correspondent Jeremy Thompson, cameraman Mick Deane, sound engineer Andy Rex, kept filming through the crackdown and the days after, when pointing a camera at a Beijing street was enough to get you detained. Photographers that week were hiding film in tea boxes and underwear just to get it past police. Faces on tape carried real weight back then. After June 4, state television ran crackdown footage on a loop and asked citizens to phone in the names of protesters they recognized. People visible in news reports got identified and arrested. Ninety minutes of raw rushes showing crowds in the street was a wanted list the regime hadn't processed yet. So the tapes sat in a London vault for 35 years. Inside China, the erasure mostly worked. When journalist Louisa Lim showed the Tank Man photo to 100 Beijing university students, only 15 recognized it. One of the most famous images of the 20th century, taken a few miles from their dorms, and 85 of them had never seen it. Mick Deane kept doing this job for another 24 years after Tiananmen. In August 2013 he was in Cairo filming Egyptian security forces clear a protest camp when a sniper shot and killed him. He was 61, doing the same work he'd done in Beijing. Thirty-five years later, the tapes he helped smuggle out are finally doing what he risked his life for.
WATCH: Britain’s ITN has released ~4 hours of previously sealed 1989 Tiananmen footage — filmed by the team that smuggled the tapes out of China. The material, archived for ~35 years, includes a 2-hour crackdown compilation and 90 minutes of secretly filmed raw rushes from the days after, showing military trucks on Beijing streets, crowds, and the aftermath.

WOW 🚨 California resident with a large diesel truck went in to get gas, he was excited because he was expecting to finally get a cheaper price thanks to Donald Trump’s Executive Order removing the tax He was told by the gas station Gavin Newsom is BLOCKING the relief and it’s still full price He’s right. Donald Trump signed Executive Order 14435, “Emergency Tax Relief on Diesel Fuel” - Penalty waiver for dyed diesel on highways - Deferral of the federal excise tax - Treasury is directed to explore avenues to eliminate the obligation to pay the deferred taxes later Gavin Newsom responded by not lifting the ban on use of red diesel on public roads and has not provided the matching state tax relief By the way ‘Red diesel’ is chemically the same as regular highway diesel; the red dye is just a marker so authorities can tell the highway taxes haven’t been paid So Gavin Newsom is blocking it ONLY to hurt Americans before midterms and not give any financial relief Newsom is a criminal Again, - The California State Department of Tax and Fee Administration says that dyed diesel remains prohibited on California public highways (They will not lift the restriction) - They refuse to suspend the diesel excise tax - Newsom’s deputy press secretary dismisses Trump’s federal order as “more distraction and desperation”

China spent 37 years making sure its own people never see this footage. Days after the June 4 massacre, a British ITN crew secretly filmed Beijing under occupation. Military convoys on the streets. Barricades. Soldiers in the middle of daily life. China was confiscating film from foreign journalists at the time, and much of what ITN shot never aired. The restored tapes are now online and spreading again. Inside China, the images stay scrubbed from the internet. Many young people there have never seen the Tank Man photo. A generation is growing up in China without ever seeing it.

The deadliest famine in human history wasn't a natural disaster. It was engineered by a communist government. In 1958, Mao Zedong launched the Great Leap Forward to turn communist China into an industrial giant overnight. Peasants were forced off their land and onto massive collective farms. Private farming was banned. To hit impossible steel quotas, villagers melted their own pots, tools and plows in backyard furnaces. The metal came out worthless. And grain rotted in the fields, because the farmers who should have been harvesting it were making steel instead. Terrified to report failure, local officials sent Beijing wildly inflated harvest numbers. The state then seized grain based on those fake figures and left entire villages with nothing. Even as people starved, the government kept exporting grain and refused foreign aid, in order to protect the image of the revolution. It blamed the deaths on bad weather. When a top general warned Mao the policy was killing millions, Mao purged him and pushed harder still. Estimates of the dead run from around 15 million to 45 million, and some historians go even higher. It remains the worst famine ever recorded. Not drought. Not war. A communist government that starved its own people.
