Right because arguably, this meat will eventually be healthier than wild meat. No disease and microplastic.
If you are against this it means you only like meat if it involves killing animals

"AI Bro" here. Your show was one of my favorites growing up. The problem is, fewer than a hundred shows per year can be made like this. There are plenty of ethical AI models trained on licensed data. Even Google's models are trained on Youtube, which they have a right to train on. So is your argument against filmmaking being easy? If so, compared to drawing, CGI artists barely "do the work of an artist"; they merely instruct computers via mouse clicks and keyboard strokes. We do the same thing. It's not that AI filmmakers hate cameras or pencils; it's just impossible to make a TV show. I spent 15 years before I made my first one. It cost $2M an episode, and then it got stuck in studio hell for years. It's really admirable that you're fighting for artists, but the reality is that you're fighting for less than 100,000 artists who have the skills to adapt to new film technology just as they have been doing for the last 40+ years. I'm fighting for the 220 million content creators around the world who would never otherwise be able to make films. I'm fighting for the East African film student who could create the next Star Wars, but she doesn't have access to a film community, investors, or anything beyond her $300 laptop. But with AI, she can create anything. We shouldn't be fighting for a broken studio model that never cared about artists in the first place. AI is rock and roll. It is democratized tools, equally distributed. It is a creative revolution. Don't be Billy Graham, decrying that rock erodes our values. Be Elvis. Be the Beatles. Because change is coming whether you like it or not. You can commit AI slop on every post, but it will not get jobs back for your peers and friends. Equipping them with these tools and teaching them to surf the tsunami is the only way old Hollywood will survive. I know it's scary, I know it's disruptive, and the future is unclear, but one thing is certain: We are about to see the greatest explosion in creativity in the history of mankind. Content will 10000x what it is today. From dogshit slop to A5 Wagyu slop and everything in between. Because slop is just a term for these mediocre tools in the hands of untalented filmmakers. But the tools keep getting better each day. Current filmmakers are improving. And traditional filmmakers adapting and joining the ranks of those who do will not let Hollywood decide their destiny. Your rallying cry to resist change dooms your peers who could lead the way for the industry to adapt. You cannot put AI back in pandora's box. Films will never be the same again. We need veterans to lead the change, not gimmicky marketers. We need voices like yours to bridge the quality of the past with the speed of the future. What would 6-year old John think of this technology? Imagine what stories the next generation tell with no barrier to filmmaking. Inspire them as you inspired me when I was a young filmmaker. Be a shepherd of this movement.
Since #AI bros are all showing off things they’ve “made”… I made this. Twenty five years ago, I drew this animation by hand, with pencil, on paper, frame by frame on fours (AI “filmmakers” will have to look up what that means) by slugging the timing (again, look it up) below the drawings, at which point it was handed off to human beings who rotoscoped my animatic (keep researching, guys) with both CGI and traditional/digital tools to make it match exactly what I’d drawn. It took a long time and a lot of work. But I can say “We made this” and there’s no debate to be had. See how that works? #FairlyOddParents #NoToGenerativeAI

I'm sure there are kernels of truth in there for sure, but this SCREAMS propaganda.
🚨This account from a Venezuelan security guard loyal to Nicolás Maduro is absolutely chilling—and it explains a lot about why the tone across Latin America suddenly changed. Security Guard: On the day of the operation, we didn't hear anything coming. We were on guard, but suddenly all our radar systems shut down without any explanation. The next thing we saw were drones, a lot of drones, flying over our positions. We didn't know how to react. Interviewer: So what happened next? How was the main attack? Security Guard: After those drones appeared, some helicopters arrived, but there were very few. I think barely eight helicopters. From those helicopters, soldiers came down, but a very small number. Maybe twenty men. But those men were technologically very advanced. They didn't look like anything we've fought against before. Interviewer: And then the battle began? Security Guard: Yes, but it was a massacre. We were hundreds, but we had no chance. They were shooting with such precision and speed... it seemed like each soldier was firing 300 rounds per minute. We couldn't do anything. Interviewer: And your own weapons? Didn't they help? Security Guard: No help at all. Because it wasn't just the weapons. At one point, they launched something—I don't know how to describe it... it was like a very intense sound wave. Suddenly I felt like my head was exploding from the inside. We all started bleeding from the nose. Some were vomiting blood. We fell to the ground, unable to move. Interviewer: And your comrades? Did they manage to resist? Security Guard: No, not at all. Those twenty men, without a single casualty, killed hundreds of us. We had no way to compete with their technology, with their weapons. I swear, I've never seen anything like it. We couldn't even stand up after that sonic weapon or whatever it was. Interviewer: So do you think the rest of the region should think twice before confronting the Americans? Security Guard: Without a doubt. I'm sending a warning to anyone who thinks they can fight the United States. They have no idea what they're capable of. After what I saw, I never want to be on the other side of that again. They're not to be messed with. Interviewer: And now that Trump has said Mexico is on the list, do you think the situation will change in Latin America? Security Guard: Definitely. Everyone is already talking about this. No one wants to go through what we went through. Now everyone thinks twice. What happened here is going to change a lot of things, not just in Venezuela but throughout the region.

the grok bikini thing everyone's talking about is just the visible tip of something way darker... this is the start of a new era where everything you've ever posted online becomes a weapon that can be used against you and i need you to understand how serious this actually is we're not talking about photoshop anymore, we're talking about AI models and people that can take any photo of you and generate you in any situation, any context, any scenario someone wants to create every image you've posted, every video where your face is visible, every public moment you've shared... it's all training data now here's what makes this different from anything we've seen before: even if grok gets updated to refuse these requests tomorrow, even if every major AI company builds in restrictions... it's too late people already have access to open source models that can do the same thing, models that run locally on their computers with zero content policies, zero restrictions, zero way for anyone to stop them think about what that actually means for you: > your social media history is now a library of raw material for anyone who wants to manipulate your image > your professional photos can be placed in compromising situations you never agreed to > your vacation pics, your family photos, your casual selfies... all of it can be used to create content that looks completely real and there's no way to go back from this point, the technology is out there, fully distributed across thousands of computers, impossible to contain or control more than ever before, you need to be extremely careful about what you post online moving forward everything you post online will 100% be used against you at some point, whether that's next month or ten years from now i don't wanna be fear mongering, this is the new reality we're living in and most people still don't understand how serious it is

Just in time for my check out 👌 (Although I do everything I can to prevent climate damage , it's fighting a losing battle clearly. Just too much ignorance, and nobody wants to learn anything. They just want to be told a story.
The Gulf Stream could collapse as early as 2060. A new study from Utrecht University reveals that the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC)—the engine behind the Gulf Stream—is weakening far more rapidly than earlier projections suggested. This vast ocean conveyor carries warm tropical water northward to Europe and sends cold water back south, moderating Northern Europe’s climate, sustaining global rainfall patterns, and stabilizing weather systems worldwide. If the AMOC collapses, that equilibrium would shatter. Researchers calculated that even under a moderate emissions pathway—limiting warming to 1.5 °C (2.7 °F) above current levels—there is a 37 % chance of AMOC failure by 2100. In high-emissions scenarios, the risk climbs to 70 %. Even the most optimistic models give a 25 % probability of collapse. A shutdown would bring severe winters to Europe, widespread droughts, and devastating agricultural losses. Global precipitation belts would shift, and sea levels along the U.S. East Coast could surge by up to a meter or more. In essence, the AMOC is a planetary tipping point—and we are nearer to triggering it than previously estimated. European climate officials now label the threat a “national security priority,” yet coordinated global action remains inadequate. The last major AMOC slowdown, 12,000 years ago, sparked abrupt regional climate swings. This time, with human societies far more interconnected, adaptation may not keep pace. How do we confront a danger that builds over decades yet could irreversibly transform the world?
