(1/2) When you understand the true cause(s) of Gann's 100 year forecasting cycle you can anticipate when time will slow down and speed up.
Peaks in US inflation has followed a regular 55 year cycle. We are currently in the beginning of a new cycle.
This is what CSX looked like a few days ago. Most chart readers would probably say it was about to rally and continue its rising trend. Only by knowing Gann's secrets (or have some illegal insider info) would you have known that it had already printed the high. (See post below).
Sometimes it can take ages before a short starts to payoff, even if you short the very top. Gann said that the secondary high was "the safest selling point", maybe I should start to listen to that.
The recent top in the S&P 500 should have been obvious to my students since we could project no less than three higher mathematic targets around that price. The newly discovered "Time Code" provided additional resistance.
Bond yields in the major western economies are setting new highs. That was anticipated since the "driving force" entered an expansionary phase of its cycle in July.
The general stock market is still following Gann´s 20 year cycle. The current pattern seems to replicate the one of June 2007.
As said, Government Bond Yields have entered the expansionary phase of the cycle.
US 30 Y GVT Bond yields have broken the important 1/2-point resistance level in its rising trend at the same time as the driving cycle has reached an expanding phase. It will probably take some years but be prepared for yields above 9 % before this is over.
