Negative from a fundamental perspective: 465m long term debt & 700m in Goodwill and Intangible assets (fake assets). Balance sheet is a concern, but trading at insanely cheap valuation. $LFMD (146m Mkt Cap) - Trading at .58 P/S with robust 87% gross margins. 0 debt with a strong balance sheet. Trust in management would be a negative for $LFMD. Multiple misses and lowered guidance. Rescheduled last earnings call. But if the drugs are cheaper, will this hurt $WW and $LFMD margins? This new method passes the drug margin to $NVO and the telehealth players make their money from a weight loss monthly subscription ($149 monthly).
