Getting out of DID spaces is probably one of the best things you can do for yourself sometimes because, more often than not, it’s an echo chamber of misinformation or anti-recovery ideas that’re spread as something positive. There’s an underlying social pressure with them too
The lack of research and understanding is horribly noticeable. You say you dissociate and they act like you’re crazy. Like come on it’s in the name of the thing. Every person I know who’s been in those spaces has said how much better it is when you get out of them
