It doesn’t help that the industry support system (ie consultants) are deeply embedded and benefiting from the incremental change agenda and incumbent tech providers are part of the old regime (not cloud native, closed platforms, etc) l
#Insurtech isn’t the only challenge for incumbents. Insurers are still struggling to initiate incremental improvements in current systems, products and business models.
