Today we’ve announced our partnership with Elements Green to design and build Staythorpe BESS, one of the UK’s largest Battery Energy Storage Systems. Over 720MWh of energy will be stored, enough to power more than 95,000 homes for a full day. Looking forward to getting started!
Elements Green has signed a £71.5m deal with Mitie for a new substation.
G2 Energy, part of Mitie Power & Grid, will be the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor on one of the UK’s largest Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
