I checked the transcript of DHH's RailsWorld 2026 keynote speech, and not once does DHH use the term "customer" or "client" during the part about DHH's AI vision!!! Not once! Let that sink in!!! That means nothing he said is correct from a customer service or Software Engineering point of view no matter what. Only idiots wouldn't notice that and would fall hook, line, and sinker to DHH's idiocy! And, only amateurs operate without focus on customer at the center of everything, guaranteeing loss to to any competition that puts the customer at the center of their work!

It's been about a month since DHH went full idiot and became the King Idiot Supreme while exposing all idiots in the Ruby on Rails community! 🤣

AI can be a nasty productivity killer for teams. Nothing kills productivity faster than having to read an AI document generated by a teammate, especially when not knowing it's AI text. Those documents are totally soulless. One feels like they're throwing their energy into a black hole whenever reading them. They provide too much information and don't make sense, even if the text at face value makes sense. That's because they didn't directly come from a human being.
