Remember when they sold us the slogan, “Go paperless, save trees, save the planet”? Now we've gone digital, and it's consuming enormous amounts of water, destroying ecosystems, harming bees, and contributing to environmental damage on a scale paper never did.

Musk is a trillionaire and people are still rationing insulin, sleeping on the streets and going hungry. But sure, let’s make a Tesla fly.

The most annoying thing about being human right now is knowing we already have the intelligence and resources to end world hunger, fight climate change, and cure cancer, but greed and billionaires keep millions suffering instead. The wasted human potential is heartbreaking.

It's important to remember that any protest, even when legitimate, attracts young men that just want an excuse to abuse and vandalize. Even if you think the protestors have a good cause this shit is inexcusable.
French protesters beat the owner of the Parisian restaurant "La Barrique" and burned down the establishment. The woman lost everything.
I’m sorry, but at this point I wouldn’t call people who burn cars, destroy businesses and attack other people’s property and people as “protesters.” That are criminals.
Many of you know I studied in France, specifically in Nantes. I still remember something that happened around 2017 or 2018. As I remember it, police stopped a man who was wanted for a bank robbery. He tried to run away, was shot, and later died.
The protests started against the police over that shooting. But very quickly, people began burning cars and even set a bank on fire.
I understand protesting against government actions. I absolutely do. But burning someone else’s cars or destroying someone else’s businesses is not “protesting” to me. It’s a crime, and people should be held responsible for it.
I still remember it so clearly because I was working part-time as a nanny just one street away. It was fucking scary to walk anywhere near that area. The parents asked me to take the children the long way around so we wouldn’t even come close to the protests. A five-minute walk became twenty minutes just to avoid them.
And I’m still shocked that, as far as I remember, nobody was arrested for that destruction.
You can be angry. You can protest. You can demand change. But the moment you start terrorising ordinary people and destroying property, you’ve crossed a line and became criminal.

40k likes on a blatant lie that uses the death of another artist to drive hate towards Taylor Swift from an account that exists just to engagement bait and is usually not successful at it
but people swear we’re lying when we say there is a paid smear campaign happening

Mac miller passed away in 2018 and Taylor didn’t release ANY album that year. It’s crazy how misinformation about Taylor swift spreads like wildfire on twitter like get a job.

And people call swifties crazy when we say there's organized smear campaigns done against her on a daily basis.
To pivot this is actually terrifying considering how much people believe this without any research. It just shows how easy propaganda is spread and is going to be spread by corrupt governments.

We CANNOT have sustainable energy because it threatens the oil industry. We cannot have healthcare because it threatens insurance. We cannot have peace because it threatens the weapons industry. Capitalism built a system where doing the right thing is treated like bad business.
