Sadly Katie didn't even make it to Saturday so SNL couldn't parody her.
But Canada did.
And it's fantastic.

Whole lot of people are gonna be cleaning a huge mess out of their oven with this one.
This is a whole chicken roasted inside a pumpkin, and it just went on the list for my 11-year-old, who's learning to cook.
The chicken, cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, onions, garlic, and herbs cook without a drop of added water. Everything gives up its own juices until the pumpkin is a pot full of broth, with walls soft enough to scoop right into the bowl.
She's going to want to be the one who carries it to the table.
What you need: 1 large thick-walled cooking pumpkin (not a carving pumpkin, and make sure it fits your oven), 1 whole chicken, cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, onions, garlic, rosemary, sage, thyme, bay leaves, a stock cube crumbled in for seasoning, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Set it in a roasting pan and cook at 350°F for about 4 hours, until the thickest part of the breast and inner thigh read 165°F. Shred the chicken back into the broth and serve it with scoops of pumpkin.
Ever cooked anything inside a pumpkin? What did you make, and did it work?
I've been seeing this all around. Really took some thinking

One of Canada's National icons, and heroes, is a man named Terry Fox who ran the Marathon of Hope.
He had cancer, he lost his leg, he ran across Canada (making it the equivalent of 2/3rds, doing a marathon a day on one leg for 143 days) before the cancer spread to his lungs, eventually taking his life.
We've had many scientists, many athletes, many politicians, and others that have done incredible things.
But the one who lasts, and sticks with us, the most, to be honest.
Is a 21 year old, who just kept running. Kept raising money for the cause. Kept pushing the spotlight back onto the cause.
If you want to know anything about Canada, know that.

Jev can generate game levels in real time.
Faster and cheaper structured output could be a big deal for game dev!
