I second this opinion. This is beyond the fact that debating @PiscoLitty is unproductive at best. If you debate him, the communities that he has willingly become a proxy for will harass you. As part of that harassment, my family and I were doxxed. The dox explicitly mentioned I was debating Pisco. I don’t want other people to go through that.

Alright, I'm doing a moratorium on all @PiscoLitty content and possibly anyone who engages with him. I think it's established well beyond all doubt that he engages in bad faith, but, more importantly than that, every single person he engages in conversation with now ends up getting mass stalked/harassed by the new community of snarkers he's courted. I don't really want to play a part in furthering the harassment of people in my immediate vicinity any longer.

Well fuck me, I didn’t know that in a country with some of the strongest speech protections on earth, referencing a mass shooting without expressing any intent to act constitutes a true threat. If you’re so confident in your interpretation of law why don’t you go finally pass the bar and work on prosecuting him for this one. That being said, I understand that you hate Destiny and that’s your business. I’m just offended by your lukewarm IQ take on first amendment doctrine. I’ve noticed wherever @TheOmniLiberal is concerned, there’s a certain subsection of the internet that toss any and all understanding of the law out the window for some reason.

There are a number of serious expressions of intent to commit harm, referencing one of the first mass shootings while also traveling to the location with a group who has expressed intent to stalk and attack him, is the context which elevates it to a reasonable fear of harm.

This is exactly why the founders explicitly defined the elements of treason in the constitution btw. They knew that there was a chance that some authoritarian shit bag would come along and try to redefine treason to mean “you said something that I don’t like.” And they were correct.
