@British_Airways 50 minutes waiting at carousel for bags from BA54. Not one bag has come through. T5 baggage reclaim is a horrible experience and gets no better
Now 80 minutes waiting at the carousel. This has now become the longest wait ever! @British_Airways is anything being done to improve this?
