“Pastor, you will never drift into faithful devotion to Jesus Christ.” Heb 2:1 @chuckdnewkirk
Consider how much we desire to make a name for ourselves. Satisfaction isn’t found in this pursuit. Consider this wonderful quote. “Ecclesiastes is a hammer to smash the Tower of Babel impulses in all our hearts.” @davidngibbo
Anybody know of any theologians/pastors who have written or spoken about the importance of practicing Christian burial vs. cremation? I’m looking for endorsers for an upcoming writing project.

4. Neglecting our brotherly duties (exhortation, admonition, instruction, rebuke)
5. Evil example
6. Private slandering of God’s ministers

Weston and I wandered into Westminster Ch today. They normally don’t have MLJ’s pulpit out, but they did today. When I got up there for a pic his robe was also there. He wrote his name on the tag. They found it a couple of years ago in a closet. Such a great experience.

Hey Christian Twitter, please help me with a sermon illustration. Any examples from church history of someone rejecting Christ and then later in life believing upon Him?

Go Jeff! Here’s a testimonial from my friend about the training he’s receiving from Phx Sem. Thanks @BrianJ_Arnold @KodyGibby @pjgurry @drjohnmeade
"The robust education through Phoenix Seminary Online has given me greater flexibility to receive the training that I desire without the compromise that would come from uprooting my family."

It’s a joy to watch the work our Lord is doing in the southwest. Phx Sem is an instrument that He is using to serve the church. I’m grateful for the ability that @CanyonPrescott has to train local church leaders with the help of this fine institution.
ICYMI: Today we officially announced our brand-new Phoenix Seminary Online experience, including the addition of the Master of Arts in Ministry fully online.
Train for a lifetime of faithful ministry, at your pace.

So funny how people get exercised about the name “Washington Commanders”. All over twitter saying how stupid the name is. Is nothing subjective anymore? We’re all sure that our opinions about everything are right. P.S. the Mets definitely have the best home uniforms in baseball
Need your help. Working on a charge for the men of @CanyonPrescott. I see men in theologically conservative churches think that they're masculine simply b/c they're (rightly) opposed to leftist policies and the feminization of the culture. But...(1/3)
Biblical masculinity is more than I workout, own a gun, take my son hunting, believe in gender as it's assigned by God at birth (BTW - I approve of all of those). (2/3)
