Sure, there's still some toxicity, but on the whole my experience has been much better in Deadlock than every other competitive multiplayer game. I have more than a hundred streams of proof on my channel!

This might be the first season in Paladins history where I actively try to get the ranked reward skin and end up quitting before I get it. There's a cheater epidemic in ranked right now, and when there aren't cheaters, the matchmaking is god awful.

As much as this delay sucks, I'm glad they're doing this. In years past, Paladins released half-baked updates just to meet a schedule, and they tended to be a buggy nightmare. This is a marked improvement and it's the right way to update the game!

Tank and Damage heroes will inherit a toned-down version of the self-heal passive. Aiming to relieve support players and empower individual agency in Season 9.
This update is honestly gonna revolutionize the game and meta as we know it. So many builds are gonna be indirectly buffed or nerfed because of these new items, and I can't wait to see what crazy playstyles people come up with!
