Thank goodness we didn’t all abandon the Conservatives in the ‘70’s, we’d never have had the Margaret Thatcher government that reinvigorated Conservative principles. This is why I stay and this is why ⁦@KemiBadenoch⁩ has to be given the necessary time to do this again.

“Good luck to him. I know what I'm doing. I'm staying where I am.” @PennyMordaunt urges people to “stick with” the Tory Party and Kemi Badenoch following the defection of former MP Marco Longhi to Reform UK. @CathyNewman | #TimesRadio

Nigel Farage says he wants to be the official opposition in 2029. Maybe now he realises he can’t become PM. So basically we’re going to have 10 years of Labour folks. He’s more interested in destroying the Tories than getting Labour out. Well he’ll NEVER get my vote

More pathetic posturing from Farage. A man with a more fragile ego you'll be hard-pushed to find. If you want Reform to be taken seriously, then start talking about serious politics. Not just baiting other politicians and claiming 'mine is bigger than yours'. Grow-up a bit.

The @bbc needs to be defunded. It is incapable of being objective, instead parroting the establishment line. It's part of Britain's institutional failure.
The BBC is disgraceful on the grooming gangs furore. First it tried to ignore it. Now it gives prominence Wes Streeting saying that Musk is "misinformed". Lower down the story, it implies that group-based child sexual abuse accounted is a small issue. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/czxd…

Polling continues to show that the Conservatives have the best chance of ousting Labour. For all Reform's bells and whistles, the Farage Roadshow, and all his associated gimmicks, he is thus far only managing to make getting rid of Starmer harder. That's reading the room.
As a life long Conservative Party voter, former party member, if @MarkVipond cannot read the room , that merely highlights where we are as an unelectable party -- let me further assure you that under @KemiBadenoch --we shall regrettably continue the downward spiral - 🤔😡

Where is the mainstream media? They were relentless in attacking me for something my ex wrote in a private message and that I was entirely unaware of. They hounded Boris out of office over eating some cake. They hammered Truss so hard she stood no chance…. But Reeves does more harm to the economy than Truss and they let it go. Labour lied to the British people over so many things I’ve lost count, the boats are once again hitting record numbers, and Starmer and Phillips refuse a nationwide enquiry into child grooming gangs… Yet, while the MSN reports these things, there’s no interrogation, no packing hounds. Reform pushes highly flawed plans to stop the boats and instead of challenging the party’s leaders over the flaws and lack of detail, the media just moves on to the next question leaving the party’s assertions unchallenged. What’s going on. It’s like the pressure is off mainstream journalists and presenters. Why? Was the agenda simply the destruction of the Conservative government and now that’s done they’re more relaxed? The only truly consistent interrogation and analysis of these things is now is on ‘X’.

20 of the 26 Labour councillors in Broxtowe have resigned from the party, attacking Starmer for “destroying local democracy and dictating national policy from a high pedestal.”
BREAKING: 20 Broxtowe councillors have quit Labour in protest at the party’s direction under Keir Starmer They include council leader Milan Radulovic who had been a member for 42 years

Reform voters obviously don’t mind this government, that’s why they don’t mind helping to reelect them again in 2029. Us Conservatives have had enough of this awful government, and will pull together and do our best to get Labour out at the next election. We can do it and will

Replying to @Telegraph @IainDale
Kemi's been in the job for just 7 weeks and we're over 4 years out from an election. She's taking a pragmatic, measured approach to reinvigorating the Conservative Party. Not the rallies and fireworks of Farage, but a real commitment to proving she can get Starmer out of No. 10.

Control your anger, dont be quick to act. Choices made in anger can not be undone. The wolf is a Tory defector to Reform and way below is a Labour win in 2029. With first past the post, change is made from within, not outside. The SDP found that out when they left Labour.

Well done for exposing this, Ed. Way too many people are taking every word Farage comes out with as gospel. Time they realise he's not always as honest as they think he is...
.@Nigel_Farage says: ""This has all happened organically, we haven't advertised." @facebook advertising say this... Seems pigs in blankets weren't the only porkies on the menu over Christmas...classic @reformparty_uk - talking through their arse as usual.
