A new Consumer Reports investigation found that rideshare companies could be using consumer data to charge different individuals different prices for essentially the same trip. This practice is known as surveillance pricing, and @AndreDCarroll and I have a bill that would ban these companies from doing it. This is a milestone for youth criminal justice reform in PA. This legislation, if passed by the Senate, would allow judges to make common sense sentencing decisions based on how long a juvenile has been held in detention. Great work and congratulations @AndreDCarroll @RepBellmon
