Being bisexual and non-binary is weird because when you feel strongly about someone, you never know if you want to *be* them or if you want to *be on top of* them.
as you may know I once went to a VIO for a band and I was the only one who showed up and it was not a social situation I did particularly well in
I am considering buying VIP for this band again because there’s no way it would happen again, right? esp in a metro area 10x the size.
Hali played The Black Parade for her swim team kids last night and half were super excited while the other half were very confused 😭😂
texting my brother about his pets while he was drunk watching the Brewers game last night lmao
he’s called me a lot of names in the last 33 years but dawg may be a new one
it’s not supposed to be 75° on my birthday! I’m going to enjoy it but this is not the weather we’re supposed to have here!!!
gonna do EMDR about the relationship where I felt like the woman mentioned in “tell me I’m a wreck” by every avenue and “just right” by grayscale on monday
this is a thing I’ve needed to do since I realized it in like 2019 and haven’t done yet 🤪
in 2013 I went to a show at the Turf Club with my coworker, and a bunch of people were dressed as circus clowns. it was not a juggalo-associated band. but every time I’ve been here since I’ve been like “ah yeah the clown venue”
gonna eat a big plate of haystack onion rings for dinner tonight, apologies to anyone at Turf Club tonight

It’s amazing to be Somali.
Just landed in Toronto with my elderly dad, and the first person who helped us get a wheelchair for him was a Somali man working at the airport.
We stopped at a restaurant to grab a bite, and a Somali woman serving us went out of her way to make tea for my dad.
We joked that Trump’s obsession with Somalis might actually be doing us a favor.
The more he attacks us, the stronger our sense of who we are becomes, and the deeper our pride in our identity grows.
Of course, Somalis have always been this way.
But there’s something beautiful about belonging to a community where you can land in a city thousands of miles from home and still feel like you’re among family.
Trump has no idea what a gift it is to be Somali.
I’ve lived in multiple apartments where it was a violation of the lease to line dry clothes indoors. I assume it’s risk of water damage to floors/carpets. But it’s just simply not allowed here sometimes.
