This is going to be difficult. I had to go in to work today because my WiFi isn’t strong enough for me to wfh. My laptop was the only device connected to it. Poor.

@Hyperoptic I signed up for your service 9 days ago. I’m supposed to be getting 1GB for £24 per month. After 9 hours of phone calls (Your holding time is generally 35 minutes plus) I have been told I can get a maximum 300mbs, if I stand next to the router. When I queried this

@Hyperoptic 40 minutes. I have spoken to 6 people so far, and with the exception of 1 guy called Mykhailo, your staff are rude and condescending. So no I have to be “That Guy” and complain on social media. Why is your service so poor?
