Your trading results are 100% related to your psychology. Today is had a look at some of our older trading challenges that are still active. I found a hand full of clients who are still on Phase 1 who have been there from before 2026. The interesting thing is every single one of these traders gets close to max DD then the recover to a small amount of profit then go straight back to near max DD then recover again with a little profit. This cycle has repeated itself for almost 12 months. Why do you think these traders perform so exceptionally well when they are close to max DD, but as soon as they have a little profit they blow it all. Psychology my friend, psychology. Fix your psychology and you fix your trading. After over 11 years of trading and 8 years working in the industry a can say with 100% confidence. Trading is all about psychology

If you post a “scam” post about a prop firm that has denied your payout but at the same time promotes one that rejects payouts, you are the biggest fraud in this industry.

I have been trading for over 11 years now. I have come to learn that my Mondays are best spent analizing the charts and "tuning my senses." I rarely take trades on Mondays. I find a grea way for a trader to come back from the weekend is to ease yourself in. Relaxed and stress free. This sets me up for a great performance during the rest of the week.

I think it is about time one major thing changes in the Prop Space. Toxic Traders and Influencers get Blacklisted form ever trading ( Even gaming companies like Respawn and EA ban cheaters). All these traders do is ruin it for everyone else; they are dishonest in their trading and dishonest in their promotion. They promote bad firms just because they get paid a big retainer. I have seen affiliates promote firms that I know for a fact only honor less than 50% of their legitimate payouts. Only giving them to influencers and people who can promote them. Because of this, bad firms are stealing more and more hard-earned money from traders who simply want to get out of the hard life they are living. And isn't that why prop firms are there (well, that's why Rhodium FX is there): to give real traders who just can't afford a live account an actual chance at trading success. Whether you want to believe this or not, it is one of the main reasons @rhodium_fx has NEVER rejected a payout from our traders, and why we have refused to work with these so-called trading affiliates who just want to steal not only from props but also take a percentage of the sale they get the prop firm, knowing full well that most of the firms they promote will never pay the real traders. I am glad to see companies like Take Profit Trader have recently released the statement they did. That trader will also never have a home at Rhodium. Why? Because I care about real people who actually want to change their lives without hurting others.

Whenever I feel like purging toxic traders/affiliates, I post something controversial that I know will trigger toxic people in the industry. The ones who get triggered by it are the ones I block. Works like a charm

If you are afraid of looking foolish, you will eventually look back and realise fear made a fool out of you anyway.

The moment you decide to stop breaking your rules is the exact moment your life will change. To become a successful trader it literally take one decision

Just because a Prop Firm has MT5 doesn’t mean they will pay you…. Rhodium has never rejected a payout, if you request it you will get it.

Affiliates want free accounts because they are not willing to purchase them, yet they will gladly push their audience to purchase that very same account they refused to pay for.... wild
