After six hugely successful years, Gerard Donnelly has stepped down from his role as Tyrone Minor Football Manager. Gerard leaves behind an outstanding record, having guided Tyrone to four Ulster Minor Football Championship titles, three All-Ireland Final appearances and, most memorably, All-Ireland Championship success in 2025. Beyond the silverware, Gerard has played an important role in the development of a generation of young Tyrone footballers, helping prepare players to progress through the county pathway while representing their clubs and communities with distinction on the national stage. His six years in charge have been marked by tremendous commitment, leadership and consistency, and we are extremely grateful for the time and energy he has given to Tyrone football. We thank Gerard, his management teams and backroom personnel for an outstanding contribution over the past six years and wish him every success in the future.
