I know there’s a lot of news right now between the French riots and the U.S. midterms, but still—why isn’t there more coverage when a targeted car attack by an anti-Israel activist leaves a sitting Australian member of parliament fighting for her life after losing a leg?
Helen Haines, elected to office in 2019, was deliberately rammed at least twice outside her office yesterday. The driver did a U-turn, hit her as she stood at the trunk of her car, then reversed and drove into her a second time.
The police arrested Brendan Nugent at the scene after bystanders restrained him. Nugent is a longtime environmental activist whose social media shifted heavily after October 7 to anti-Israel radicalism. Haines is an independent who has repeatedly condemned civilian deaths in Gaza and pushed her government to pressure Israel harder. Apparently not hard enough for the violent anti-Israel fringe.

I am too honest about what I think to a fault. And I’m telling you I genuinely do not know if I could vote for Abdul El-Sayed.
Rodgers is awful, one of the most anti-trans republicans running this cycle. His ideas are even more extreme than Trump, and he openly wants to eliminate us. He has said he doesn’t want hate crime prosecution to continue protecting trans woman.
But I also do not think a Democratic Party that openly embraces terrorism and jihad is tenable electorally.
And this is not about Israel. It’s about America. Apart from being bad for our national security strategy - I just genuinely do not think this version of our party is one the voters will trust with power.
A Democratic Party that can’t get elected cannot protect people like me from the lunatic right.

It’s wrong to conflate Muslims with antizionists. Antizionism is a genocidal hate movement. Islam is a rich and diverse, religious civilization.

Holly @MummyisT stood with Jews, faced a Prevent referral and kept speaking.
I’ve lost old friends since October 7. I’ve never met Holly, but I wish I had a friend like her.

I could not care less about someone calling me a “Shylock.” Get people to stop calling Jews ‘white colonizers,’ ‘Jewish supremacists,’ ‘genocide supporters,’ and ‘Zionists’ and committing violence against them on that basis.
No one in my life has ever harassed me by calling me a “Shylock.” On the other hand, I have been excluded, discriminated against, and threatened with violence countless times on the basis of antizionist tropes.

Weird that you don’t mention Palestinians attacking Jews at a far larger rate…xitter.cf/iltvnews/status/211215…
Fleur Hassan: “Yes, stones are weapons, yes they can kill. And yes Palestinian teenagers using these weapons are terrorists!”

This is not journalism. It is stating that the sky is green and that the earth is flat. Antizionist violence exceeds violence by settlers by orders of magnitude according to all empirical data.
With Israelis facing a national election and Palestinians kicking off their month-long olive harvest, the West Bank has become a battleground.

So most of you know that I met with the Vice President at his behest in September and as I reported back it was a “good” visit. But…
The last thing Vance said to me was “let’s keep in touch and keep the dialogue going.” Well that was a nice thing to say but there’s been zero follow through. I invited the VP on the show a few times and only got one response from his team claiming he’s busy. It’s a 15 minute phone conversation! So it’s become clear to me there was no real intent to have any meaningful conversation about where the VP stands. And this headline drives home why this potential relationship never had a chance. It was and still is #Rubio2028 for me!

On that note, I owe every pre October 7 Israeli and Zionist an apology. I betrayed you all. And, most importantly, I betrayed my people and my ancestors by being a woke ignoramus and believing the BS about Israel.
What can I say? I was raised in Canada, the most woke country on Earth.
I am much better now. But apologies should still be made.
Thank you all for embracing me no matter how vile a human being I likely was in my past.
I mean, I kinda believed men could be women (prior to them all trying to get into women’s space, mind you), abortion was okay (never as birth control, though) and that Israel was oppressing the retards. At least, I can claim naivety unlike anyone still believe that 💩.
