After working with Adam in @SenCapito’s office for many years, I can confirm he is truly the smartest and hardest working person in the Senate. Well deserved recognition!

Today’s #McCainMemory is from @RepCraigGoldman, who shares a valuable leadership lesson from his time working for Senator John McCain, saying, “When I questioned why he was going to do something, he responded, ‘Because it's the right thing to do.’"
Marking John McCain Democracy Week with a visit to @SenMarkKelly's office and the desk that once belonged to Sen. McCain.
Co-founder of the bipartisan Senate Human Rights Caucus Sen. @ChrisCoons spoke at the @McCainInstitute’s event about religious freedom, pushing back against abuses in China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea, and carrying on the human rights values championed by Sen. McCain.
At an event for the @McCainInstitute's religious freedom report, @JewherIlham speaks about her father, Uyghur economist Ilham Tohti, and his imprisonment & the mass atrocities being committed against the Uyghur people. Read her chapter in the report here: mccaininstitute.org/wp-conte…
The @McCainInstitute’s first international edition of the #SedonaForum is now officially in the books. Looking forward to sharing more details from this historic event.
Take a sneak peek at photos from the McCain Institute’s inaugural #SedonaForumTokyo hosted in partnership with @I_House_Japan. From Japan’s Finance Minister @satsukikatayama to McCain Institute Board Member General Petraeus in conversation with @EvelynNFarkas, conversations ranged from China and Taiwan, to global and economic security, and the importance of the U.S.-Japan Alliance. More details and videos from the event to be released soon.
China’s constitution technically allows for freedom of religion, but the #CCP is notorious for its acts of religious persecution. @McCainInstitute's @AlexisMrachek & @PedroPizano explain why this matters to US foreign policy and call for Pastor Jin's immediate release.
Ezra Jin, founder and pastor of Zion Church, and more than 30 of his associates and church staff were detained in China on Oct. 10. They have been charged but not yet sentenced for their alleged crimes. Time is running out. | RESTORING AMERICA trib.al/FzE0dly

"There are consequences to ceding the information space. When there is a void, authoritarian actors like the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the Kremlin will fill it."

Seeing this McCain Institute event reminds me of way back in 2016 when Republican leaders knew Putin was a thug and a killer who was attacking the US and US interests. And wanted to do something about it instead of just posting tweets and postponing deadlines.
The McCain institute will host an event in the U.S. Senate on Wednesday, July 30th called "Post-War Pathway: Principles for U.S.-Russia Relations After Ukraine" with @EvelynNFarkas @SenMcConnell @DCTwining and members of the McCain Institute's Russia Task Force.
