On 15.4.26 I travelled from Ajmer to Pune via flight S5201. For poha which cost me 200Rs, no receipts was given & I was told thst giving receipts is against company policy. When I asked in writing, air steward Mr. RIdip SAZ 259 wrote the same on my ticket without any apologies.
