A U.S. Postal Inspection Service special agent installed surveillance cameras inside a USPS company truck and caught Avery Terrill Yarber opening and stealing from 4 separate packages. DHS says he came legally in 2022 but overstayed by more than four years, with no pending applications. He accepted voluntary departure. His family says they respect U.S. law and are cooperating. That's hard for his wife and three kids. I'm praying for them. But equal enforcement is the whole point. No favorites, no exceptions.
