Make time blocks in your day where you work hard, focused and determined towards getting better at your craft. Over night success ain't a thing, and you need to stop fooling yourself in believing that luck plays a bigger role in shaping your life and career. #grindset #deepwork

Feeling inspired by @ProfCalNewport today! Even though I realize he's probably not going to read this.. Ever! Just had to shout out. To all my creatives - check out his books on deep work and performance!

If you celebrated “420” yesterday and are trying to have a career in music, there is no room for you in this industry. Your chances of making it are just like your pot: up in flames.

Don't settle for mediocre, always seek out improvement on every aspect of your game. But remember, music is a language and you need to let it speak.
Can someone enlighten me why Andre Petroski and Micheal Gillmore is fighting in the ring tonight? Did I miss an episode of #TUF29 or are they filling for someone? I can't find any info on the matchmaking. Thought only finalists were allowed to fight in the ufc tonight 🤔
A quick jam from my basement! Having fun! Do you like it? #lofivibes
