“For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin.”
Hebrews 4:15 NIV
God is able to understand your hurt and your pain. Bring it to Jesus today.
Presented without comment, an excerpt from Psalm 119.
“May my cry come before you, Lord; give me understanding according to your word.
May my supplication come before you; deliver me according to your promise.
May my lips overflow with praise, for you teach me your decrees.
May my tongue sing of your word, for all your commands are righteous.
May your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts.
I long for your salvation, Lord, and your law gives me delight.
Let me live that I may praise you, and may your laws sustain me.
“Therefore, since the promise of entering his rest still stands, let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it.”
Hebrews 4:1 NIV
True rest can seem elusive. But God is near. Behold him, enter into His rest.

What things do you feel like are keeping you from experiencing the presence of God today?
The truth is, He has no barriers up. He has not rejected you. He loves you.
Knock, and He will answer.
Wonderful Counselor
Mighty God
Everlasting Father
Prince of Peace
Jesus is all of these things and more. We struggle to just trust Him as God, but my prayer is you would know Him intimately in all of these ways. He's your counselor, your father, your peace, your God.
Isaiah 9:6

Faith involves believing what God has said in spite of the challenges you face.
The righteous shall live by his faith.
Habakkuk 2:4
Praying faith over you this morning.
God is with you
God is for you
God desires good for you
Jesus, today I pray to remember these truths. If my situation isn’t good yet, I’m believing You will turn it for good. In the waiting, would You stretch me and grow me, teaching me to count it all as joy. Amen.
