I. Literally. Said. This. Over. The. Summer. And a million firebreathing lefties yelled at me.
So the conspiratorial take that the left wing was inventing fake polls to help their preferred primary candidates turned out to just be true

This is what @AbdulElSayed believes. Yes, he is entitled to his belief (however wrong it is). But he is not entitled to being a US senator based on blind party loyalty. Michigan Independents can make sure of that.
Democratic candidate Abdul El-Sayed shared his views on U.S.-Israel relations, saying he does not consider Israel an American ally: “I think it’s time for us to realize that Israel is not actually our friend.” Watch the full conversation tonight at 8 p.m. ET on ABC News Live Prime’s “All Access with Linsey Davis” streaming on @disneyplus and @hulu.

Agree with this 💯 The second half of this game - the first half of Dallas - the comeback against Philly and the win against Seattle shows this to be the case The question is can the rookie coordinators improve so we win more or is overhaul of DQ and them needed instead
Unpopular take: I think the Commanders roster is good enough to win almost every week. Way better than the record and it gets credit for. WR /LB rooms are examples. Coaching doesn’t elevate them. They play hard for DQ because they like him but they rarely win coaching battle.

A candidate for the U.S. Senate says Israel is not America's friend. I'm Israeli. I grew up in Israel. My family is Israeli. And I can tell you this: Few nations hold America as close to their hearts as Israelis do. Fact: Israelis admire America. 81% of Israelis view the United States favorably - the highest percentage among 36 countries surveyed by Pew in 2026. Who else in the Middle East does? No other U.S. ally can have 200 fighter jets in the sky in 3 hours notice. Modest compared with America's military might, certainly. But backed by something more important: a profound commitment to the United States, regardless of who occupies the White House. Security is real. Capabilities are real. And friendship is real too. This candidate understands nothing of it. He is trying to pick up votes through hate. None of this requires defending Netanyahu. None of it requires endorsing everything Israel has done in recent years. It requires understanding one fact: Israel America's most enduring ally in the Middle East. Criticizing an Israeli government is legitimate. Pretending Israel is America's enemy is something else entirely. Any other notion is just bigotry masquerading as conspiracy theory- or conspiracy theory masquerading as bigotry.

The comeback was nice, but the reality is that Washington over its last 18 regular-season games now is 3-14-1 with a point differential of -168. This team is so far from what it should be in Season No. 3 of the Adam Peters/Dan Quinn regime. Unacceptable and inexcusable.

So Abdul says that Israel is not an ally to the United States - that is disqualifying and he should not be in a position of federal power in the the US Senate @DemsForMike
Abdul El-Sayed tells ABC News in new interview that Israel isn’t an ally of the United States: “An ally that takes your money to push you into wars you shouldn't be fighting is not an ally.” “If your kid has a friend who keeps bumming off their money, talks about them behind their back, and gets them into fights with other friends, what would you tell your kid? You’d probably tell them maybe it’s not actually your friend.” Link to interview: abcnews.com/video/137396168/

The @NFL game happens too fast - the digital imagery on television is too precise - the abundance of gaming sites and prediction markets too proliferate - to let this go on. Fans should demand more. The networks (@espn ; @NFLonFOX ; @CBS ; @PrimeVideo ; @netflix ) should demand more. Sports radio ( @JunksRadio ; @GrantPaulsen ; @JPFinlayNBCS ; @BMITCHLIVE30 ) should demand more
WOW... Rams get called for a personal foul for hitting a defenseless receiver... he barely touched him but the refs added 15 yards to the end of this play for that

I am a zionist but am disappointed in this. Netanyahu has done many great things for the world and for Israel but is complicit in many bad acts as well. There was no need to put our fingers on the scale here #standwithIsrael #IranWar‌ #MiddleEast

France is what the red-green alliance looks like. If we don’t want all of our cities to burn and our democracies to be destroyed—and if we don’t want authoritarians to present themselves as the only possible response—we democrats must aggressively push back.

Really been impressed with @JamieMetzl clarity on this. Supporting El Sayeed and then criticizing GOP for supporting Trump is hypocrisy at its greatest heights
Unless Abdul El-Sayed can unequivocally condemn the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, Hezbollah, SJP, the IRGC, and Hasan Piker, Barack Obama should absolutely not campaign with him. I understand and support the drive to win majorities in Congress, but we Democrats will be doing immeasurable harm to ourselves if we drop all standards and violate our best principles in pursuit of that goal.

Patriotic, loyal Democrats can support Democratic nominees Roy Cooper in North Carolina, Sherrod Brown in Ohio, Mary Peltola in Alaska, Josh Turek in Iowa, James Talarico in Texas, and Adam Hamilton in Kansas while backing Republican Mike Rogers in Michigan. We should want Democrats to win majorities in the House and Senate, but we should never betray our country by supporting toxic, bigoted, anti-American candidates like Abdul El-Sayed simply because they’re running as Democrats. Democrats can win the Senate while keeping our commitment to our country first. That means making choices, sometimes tough ones, but country must always come before party.
