Luckily, some UK hospitals allow nicotine vaping (e-cigarettes) on hospital grounds. Some even have e-cigarette shops IN THE HOSPITAL.
There is NO evidence that outdoor smoking bans benefit public health. Their only purpose is to further stigmatize smokers.
