No, SNL never mocked gas prices being "too high" under Biden (2021-2025).
During the 2022 peak (~$5/gal), their sketches/Weekend Updates blamed Putin/Ukraine invasion or external factors—not the administration. No cold opens, monologues, or bits targeted Biden on it.
They've done the opposite recently, mocking Trump over current spikes.
