During #MoffittScientificSymposium, Daniella Bowen discusses spatial multiomic profiling in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma, showing early-stage HPV-positive tumors demonstrated greater immune infiltration, enhanced CD8-DC interactions and increased PD-L1 expression. Findings may help guide development of personalized immunotherapies targeting distinct tumor immune microenvironments.

3. We developed an autochthonous mouse model of salivary MEC in which expression of the C1/M2 oncogene is targeted to Krt14-positive ductal cells in the murine salivary gland and confirmed that C1/M2 expression coupled with Tp53 loss drives progression to high-grade MEC.
