It’s been a while 💛 I’m still here and still in Roanoke with a new job and hair. But if I’m being honest, I only opened this app today to talk to @Cawley_TV 😂😂 – at Roanoke, VA

Good Tuesday! A few spotty showers and storms are possible in Southwest and Central Virginia, but not everyone will see rain today. Otherwise, skies will be variably cloudy with afternoon temperatures in the middle 70s and middle 80s. #VAWX

☀️GOOD DAY, VA!☀️ It’s a bittersweet FRIYAY 🥺 because it’s @Charmaynelive’s last day here at @WFXRnews. It’s really hard to put into words what she means to me, our newsroom, and the community. I’m so honored to have shared the anchor desk with her the last 2.5 years.

The magnitude of what could have happened yesterday didn’t quite hit me until I saw our surveillance video. It’s chilling to watch. The bullistic glass held up, preventing it from shattering. A lot of us here still processing what happened. Glad no one was hurt @FOX13Memphis 💛

Tucker Carlson is leaving Fox News. In April 2022, The New York Times examined how he positioned himself to inherit the movement that grew around Donald Trump as he constructed what may be the most racist show in the history of cable news. nyti.ms/3Lq7s5v

How Tucker Carlson Stoked White Fear to Conquer Cable (Published 2022)

A string of setbacks made the pundit flee television, the Republican establishment and even his home. He re-emerged with what may be the most racist, and successful, show in the history of cable news.

Freeze Warnings have been issued for Southwest Virginia. Sub-freezing temperatures in the lower 30s and 20s are expected along/west of the Blue Ridge early Tuesday morning. The cold air could damage crops/sensitive plants. Take steps to protect your plants tonight. #VAwx

No blue check anymore. It’s definitely not worth $8…don’t they know journalists don’t make enough to pay for that 😂 But seriously—be cautious about who you get your news from. Do not believe the everything you see on social media. Be careful, friends! – at Roanoke, VA
