Every one of these candidates lost.
Last night, for the first time ever, ALL statewide Republican candidates (non-judicial) gathered to chart the course to victory in November. We will ensure Texas remains solid Red and we will preserve common sense over the chaotic policies promoted by radical Democrats.

Bad policy, bad character make bad politics: erratic tariffs, impulsive Iran war, blanket pardons, apparent corruption, weaponized justice, ICE brutality, mountainous deficits, hiding Epstein, abandoning allies and coddling enemies. Hoping for a course correction, for the country and for my party.

This would be a great time for the Republican Party to disconnect from Trump and reconnect to character.

Oh no Meghan, you don't get to pretend you weren't on the MAGA train. You go down with the ship.
Hell of a night to be a normie centrist Republican.

BREAKING: In a stunning moment, Senator re-elect Jon Ossoff slams Trump after a major win: “In sweeping and decisive victories, the American people have rebuked the depravity, corruption, and incompetence of the failed, lame duck president Donald Trump.”

Tonight is terrible for my preferred policy outcomes but wonderful for our constitutional system. Congress had a responsibility to keep the president in line. Congress utterly failed to do so. So Congress gets thrown out by the people. And that’s wonderful.

Kentucky is 7-1 with the #1 strength of record in the country. They have the #8 strength of schedule. Miami has the 60th ranked strength of schedule. Kentucky has a BETTER resume than the fanless Canes.

JFK: “Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country.” President Obama: “Our stories are singular, but our destinies are shared.” Trump: “Wow, Nicki Minaj has a great ass.” What happened to you America? 🤷🏽‍♂️

Imagine if you stood up at work and said “You know who has one hell of a beautiful ass? It’s Carol from accounting. Stand up Carol! Show them your ass!” You’d be fired within the hour but the president gets a pass because everyone has accepted the fact that he’s a scumbag.
Trump: I looked at one hell of a beautiful ass before, Nicki Minaj. That's hard to miss.

Perhaps painting with too broad a brush. Amanda Ferguson has struggled mightily to work within the unreasonable restraints imposed on her to assess the gravity of the situation and keep the public informed. For her efforts, she was marginalized and maligned.

If you’re wondering why so many SA survivors don’t report, Amy Acton reported when she was 9-years-old and now it’s being used against her by Vivek Ramaswamy in an attack ad. That’s why.

Longtime LSU basketball coach Dale Brown has died. For Vanderbilt fans, Brown's most memorable game vs. VU occurred in Nashville in February 1991. The Dores and Tigers played an intense contest on a warm Saturday afternoon, with the Gym as loud as it's ever been. Near the end of a back-and-forth game, Shaquille O'Neal was called for a personal foul with the game tied 59-59. Shaq and Dale were both given technicals, and Scott Draud hit all four FTs to win the game for Vandy. Brown and VU coach Eddie Fogler met at midcourt after the game and exchanged, umm, "pleasantries." In the postgame presser, Dale complained that the officials misinterpreted his comments and ranted that the Gym must have been designed by Vandy's school of forestry. “Make no mistake, where the benches were had nothing to do with who won and lost this game,” Fogler said. Then, as LSU players and coaches were boarding the team bus, Brown chased a WSMV videographer into the 25th Ave garage, saying he was an example of the media giving military secrets to the Iraqis (this was during the first Gulf War). A memorable day for sure. RIP Dale.

😬 Katie Zacharia's first press briefing was brutally bad 😬 Trump managed to find a press secretary who can barely read, but she does have the number one qualification -- looking like Ivanka Here's a supercut from Zacharia's first briefing, which made Karoline Leavitt seem like Ronald Reagan
