This didn’t age well. Happy you don’t cover ND anymore.
This is why nobody can quit Arch Manning. Just when you're out he pulls you back in.

Can we stop talking about the SEC? They are not good.

You know what really bothers me about this, @Espngreeny setting up the question this way. For pretending to be such a smart guy I wish he do some research. Greeny are you saying Wisconsin and UNC as example weren’t real games for ND? Are they embarrassing?
"Notre Dame plays two games where they're going to be challenged…think about what Alabama and Georgia and Ohio State and these teams with what they're dealing with. That cannot continue. That's an embarrassment and incredibly unfair." – Kirk Herbstreit

Have you ever heard of the DeBartolo Family? They are billionaires who owned the 49ers back when Joe Montana was winning all those Super Bowls. Every building on NDs campus is named after some ultra-wealthy alumni. Do you really want to compare athletic accomplishments?
Normal class at BYU today. Utah and ND could never fathom having an NBA owner/ billionaire Ryan Smith & elite coach like Kevin Young in a class. Do either even have a basketball program? Let me know cause not sure #hateweek

Yeah, those bowl games in 2024 don’t count.
Notre Dame hasn’t won a top 10 game on the road since 2012 But sure coach… it’s what you do 😂

Soaking?
Notre Dame fans are about to find out what 5:30 in Provo with GameDay in town feels like 😅 Bring a jacket.

My dad worked at a young age. At work he would listen to ND on the radio. He found a connection to this Catholic school that called themselves ‘Fighting Irish’. Over the years it grew, he started attending games and realized it was different. Not everyone gets that, it’s okay.
“Why are you a fan of your CFB team?” All but one FBS fanbase: I went to school there/I grew up there/I’ve been a fan my whole life Notre Dame fans: Well one time my great grandma drove through South Bend back in ‘73 and brought me back a snow globe, so go Irish!

I can’t wait for @PatMcAfeeShow to make soaking jokes.
ESPN has no clue how many BYU fans are going to come to Gameday

This is why conference suck. Utah is coming at ND b/c of BYU. Notre Dame has played 6 games, three inside ND stadium and three not at ND stadium.
Notre Dame’s schedule: Home Home Home Home Home Home Home Oops we scheduled a road game at BYU by accident

I remember when Brian Kelly left Notre Dame for LSU because it was easier to win at LSU. History repeats itself.
Lane Kiffin: leaves Ole Miss claiming it’s easier to win elsewhere. Blames Ole Miss resources for losing games like Kentucky Also Lane Kiffin: loses to Ole Miss AND Kentucky in the span of 6 weeks at LSU Maybe it’s time to look in the mirror.

Look, ND hasn’t had the world’s toughest schedule, but some of these “bad” teams are looking better. Wisconsin: 4-1 and may be in the top 25 Purdue: 3-3 and just blew out Minnesota 41-13 UNC: 3-2 and just knocked off #25 Pitt (yes, Pitt lost their QB, but still a good squad)

I’ve been saying this all year!
Turns out the entire SEC is fraudulent

I will say it again, when the cellar dwellers of the SEC continually beat the top, maybe the SEC is just not that good.

Anyone else remember when the “pundits” said OSU was the best team in the country? Then Texas. Then LSU. Then Ole Miss. Then Bama. Now it’s Miami. Good thing Miami plays one ranked team.

So the SEC doesn’t have any good teams and neither does the B1G. Someone tell me again about Notre Dame’s schedule.

Maybe the SEC is a bunch of mid teams beating each other. 🤷🏽
