Hi @My_Metro can I check what the last metro is from monument to Seaburn? The timetable says it runs later - attached- but then on the app it says 10.38pm from South gosforth?

Hi @My_Metro we’ve been waiting at Seaburn platform 2 for over 20 mins as a train is stuck at Pallion, it said there was a train departing park lane and the board changed to 5 mins now it says 10 mins again. Can you advise?
@My_Metro now it says the next 2 trains are not in service, can someone please communicate what’s happening
First week back and the @My_Metro app is still as useless, no trains showing heading to airport all going in the other direction. It’s the basics really

Hi @My_Metro how long for a train to airport from Seaburn? The board says 24m, the app says 18 mins but keeps changing?
Since new metros @My_Metro were introduced I don’t think I’ve ever had a seat. Go figure. There aren’t enough seats or space for everyone travelling. Today is no exception, absolutely packed in, dangerously so. Nothing to hold onto. How did they come to design them so badly?
Hi @weareopenreach WiFi keeps dropping out, Sky have got in touch with you but said it could be Monday when you look at it?! We need to wfh tomorrow so need it sorting asap. We are in SR6 area of Sunderland, please advise. Fast.com fluctuates between 0 and 20 mbps
Wow! It’s taken 28 days for @My_Metro to respond to a delay claim, and they don’t even seem to have any info from the online form I filled in!

Another day. Another delay. @My_Metro Delays on yellow line apparently yet sitting at the station on a green line and no metro either 🤷🏻♀️
