As Deputy Prime Minister, I’m focused on delivering for the British people and I tend to ignore the noise. But in the past week I’ve been sent stories about: – A Reform mayoral candidate telling me to “go home” to the Caribbean where he said my “loyalties lie”. – A Reform councillor’s TikTok account endorsing a comment calling me a “greedy none (sic) thoroughbred”. – A Reform council leader referring to me saying “no foreign national or first-generation migrant should be allowed to sit in Parliament” - apparently unaware I’m a British citizen born in North London. I will never be cowed by racism. But I will call it what it is. @Nigel_Farage, you need to clean up your party and stamp out this 1950s-style hate.

Trump & Vance - w/ friends like these, who needs enemies? #trump #putin #ukraine #europe #geopolitics #alteredstate
THE GREAT ASSET HEIST While you were sleeping, the economic map of Europe was being redrawn in Miami. Not Brussels. Not Geneva. Miami. Here is what just leaked: The Trump administration has proposed that Wall Street tap $200 billion of frozen Russian sovereign assets to fund U.S. managed projects in Ukraine. Including a data center powered by a nuclear plant still under Russian military occupation. Read that again. American firms would invest in Russian Arctic oil drilling and rare earth extraction. Russian energy flows to Europe would be restored. U.S. companies would take 50% of reconstruction profits. One European official who saw the documents said it plainly: “It is like Yalta.” The 1945 conference where world powers carved up postwar Europe. Without Europeans in the room. Eighty years later, history rhymes. December 10, 2025: Zelensky held his first reconstruction meeting with Treasury Secretary Bessent, Jared Kushner, and BlackRock CEO Larry Fink. December 18, 2025: The EU votes on whether to seize these same assets themselves. Belgium holds $183 billion at Euroclear. Its Prime Minister calls the competing EU plan “fundamentally wrong” and warns Russian litigation could “mean bankruptcy for Belgium.” The math is brutal: Europe froze the money. America wants to spend it. Russia wants it back. Ukraine needs it to survive. Four parties. One pot. Zero trust. What you are witnessing is not a peace negotiation. It is the largest sovereign wealth transfer negotiation in modern history. The question is not whether Ukraine gets rebuilt. The question is who owns the rebuild. And who owns the rebuild owns the next fifty years of European energy, security, and sovereignty. The post 1945 order took decades to construct. It is being renegotiated in weeks. Watch December 18.

Nigel Farage has denied reports that he told donors he expects to do a deal or merge with the Tories before the next election. According to two sources who spoke to the Financial Times, the Reform party leader views such a pact as necessary as his party is unable to win a general election on its own. One, a party donor, said Farage expected a deal or merger to ease Reform’s path to election victory. The person said a deal needed to be on Farage’s terms as he felt stung by the pact he made with the Tories at the 2019 election. Another source who met with Farage recently said the party leader thinks such a pact is inevitable. The discussions show the potential for left-leaning voters to unite and vote tactically to keep a disunited right out of office. Farage dismissed the descriptions of the discussions saying “sometimes people hear what they want to”. Referring to upcoming local elections, Farage said: “After next May, the Conservatives will no longer be a national party .” “I would never do a deal with a party that I don’t trust. No deals, just a reverse takeover.” Farage’s Brexit party, which preceded Reform, did not field parliamentary candidates in seats where the Conservatives could challenge Labour at the 2019 election, allowing Boris Johnson to sweep to victory. While Reform is riding an anti-establishment wave of public opinion, the party has welcomed 20 former Tory MPs to Reform including former minister Nadine Dorries, a fanatical Johnson ally. Reform is riding high in the polls, but rich donors have stuck with the Conservatives. The Tories secured £6.3m in donations in the first half of the year - three times as much as Reform’s £2.1m.

⭐ The pro-Brexit intellectual class is breaking ranks He writes: “We Brexiteers must acknowledge the costs.” This is the first mass-market admission of guilt from one of the architects of the economic case for Leave. This instantly: •legitimises criticism of Brexit on the Right •destroys the “it’s too soon to tell” excuse •undermines the “we just need to do Brexit harder” argument •contradicts Farage’s entire £1m Budget video campaign •cracks the intellectual foundation of UK sovereign populism

‘I can categorically say that stories being told about me from 50 years ago are not true’ That’s a statement from Nigel Farage tonight on claims he racially abused fellow school pupils 5 decades ago That firm denial tonight is different to what he said in the interview yesterday with BBC Wales Political Editor Gareth Lewis 👇
