Very interesting post about $CPOOL role in the $XRP ecosystem
🚨 Something potentially significant is developing on the XRP Ledger. Clearpool, Ripple and Cicada Partners are building an institutional RLUSD credit fund. But look at how the pieces fit together: 🔹 Ripple is participating as a Limited Partner, providing capital alongside other investors. 🔹 Clearpool is building the lending infrastructure using XRPL’s XLS-65 and XLS-66. 🔹 Cicada Partners handles borrower sourcing, underwriting and credit management. 🔹 Arf brings a real-world use case: short-term liquidity for cross-border payment companies. And Arf has just announced its partnership with Ripple to bring RLUSD-powered settlement liquidity to XRPL. Arf reports around $10 BILLION in annual settlement volume, with capital turning over 4 times monthly. It has already built against the proposed XRPL lending protocol and plans to transition more activity onto it once the amendments activate. Meanwhile, VS1 Finance is working on tokenised institutional financial products. The pieces are starting to come together: Institutional capital. Real-world borrowers. Credit underwriting. RLUSD settlement. On-chain lending infrastructure. XLS-65 is now at 21/35 validator votes (60%). XLS-66 is at 19/35 (54.29%). Both need 29 votes and 14 days of sustained approval. This is potentially much bigger than another DeFi lending launch. XRPL is building the infrastructure for institutional credit markets. And Clearpool could be right in the middle of it. I’m watching this one very closely. $CPOOL $CLEAR $XRP $RLUSD

Just got this email from @TelcoinDAB… You can now move USD from your connected bank account into eUSD and withdraw it back to your bank through ACH with ZERO fees charged by Telcoin. No deposit fees. No withdrawal fees. This is the kind of stuff that matters when it comes to making digital cash practical for everyday people. Getting money in and out shouldn’t be complicated or expensive. Another piece of the infrastructure coming together. base:0x09be1692ca16e06f536f0038ff11d1da8524adb1

XRPL lending could be MUCH bigger than the market realises 👀 And this is exactly the narrative I’m watching with $CPOOL If lending on the XRP Ledger really does become as big as Hugo and David think it can, Clearpool is positioning itself directly in that market Institutional credit + XRPL + RLUSD And at roughly a $35M market cap, I think the potential is seriously under appreciated
Replying to @JoelKatz
@JoelKatz thinks that lending on the XRPL will be big. As incredibly bright as David is - I’d wager that even he is underestimating quite how big it can be! ;)

$CPOOL is starting to look like something bigger than another DeFi lending protocol. A new trade finance vault just went live with Olea — a Standard Chartered–Linklogis JV that has already facilitated $3B+ across 70+ trade corridors. The vault brings short-dated trade finance receivables on-chain, with Cicada handling the credit and risk layer. Target yield: 7.5% But the yield isn’t what caught my attention. It’s the scale of the assets Clearpool is starting to connect to on-chain capital. $3B+ of trade finance isn’t a crypto-native experiment. If Clearpool can become infrastructure for bringing more institutional credit on-chain, the opportunity is potentially far larger than its current ~$35M market cap suggests. And with the planned CPOOL → CLEAR migration and XRPL expansion, there could be another major avenue for Clearpool to scale this institutional credit model. Could the market be seriously underestimating what Clearpool could become?

ethereum:0x66761fa41377003622aee3c7675fc7b5c1c2fac5 might have an advantage the market isn’t really pricing in yet. Clearpool is still only around a $37M market cap, but it’s already available on Kraken while continuing to build institutional credit infrastructure. I’ve been thinking about what MiCA could mean for smaller crypto projects. As European exchanges become more selective about which assets they can support, I think exchange accessibility could become an increasingly important advantage for small caps. A $37M project that’s easy for European investors to buy has a very different setup from a $37M project that’s stuck on smaller exchanges. I’m going to look for more small caps with this combination.

Interesting to see what role $CPOOL takes in this ecosystem
Something interesting is happening on the XRP Ledger that goes beyond the $XRP price. The pieces are starting to connect: 💵 $RLUSD — stablecoin settlement 🔄 FXRP — programmable XRP exposure 🏦 $CPOOL / Clearpool — institutional credit ⚙️ XLS-65 + XLS-66 — native lending infrastructure RLUSD is now approaching $2.5B in circulation, while 145M+ FXRP has been minted. And Clearpool is preparing to bring its institutional credit infrastructure to the XRP Ledger. The really interesting part? XRP could potentially become collateral in a financial ecosystem where RLUSD provides dollar liquidity and lending becomes a native ledger primitive. The lending amendments still need validator approval, so this isn’t finished yet. But is #XRPL quietly becoming something much bigger than a payments network?

CT keeps asking “when Telcoin mainnet?” Look at what’s already shipped. $TEL already migrated from 2 decimals to 18. That’s not a cosmetic update — that’s the token becoming native gas. eUSD is live. Nebraska digital asset bank charter is live. On-chain bank accounts are live. Exchanges are being wired into the new token. The whole design is built so money stays inside the banking system instead of leaking out of it. Mainnet isn’t the beginning. It’s the last switch that turns a regulated stack into a network. Everything needed is already on the table. We’re getting closer. $TEL #Telcoin #eUSD #TelcoinNetwork #CryptoBank #InternetOfMoney #Stablecoins

$CPOOL is getting interesting again. The chart is breaking out — but the bigger story isn’t the $0.04 resistance. • $950M+ loans originated • Institutional credit coming to XRPL • Ripple + Cicada partnership • Proposed CPOOL to CLEAR migration The big question: Can the new XRPL strategy turn Clearpool’s existing traction into sustainable token demand? Watching this one closely 👀

Heads up: $TEL wasn’t just ahead of the curve—it set the curve. The #telfam always felt the heat, and now BlackRock drops a research bomb: AI agents will need SAVINGS accounts. That’s a massive green light for what Telcoin Network and Telcoin Bank are building. They’re not playing catch-up—they’re rewriting the rulebook. WAY ahead. 🔥🚀 What’s next when AI meets real financial infrastructure? #Crypto #AI #Telcoin #FutureFinance

This latest $CPOOL post is more interesting than it might first appear. Clearpool simply says “Building in progress” — but the video appears to show a working web app on XRPL Devnet with functionality to Supply and Borrow RLUSD. This looks very similar to the institutional RLUSD lending infrastructure we’ve been watching Clearpool develop. It’s only Devnet at this stage, so this isn’t a live mainnet product. But seeing the actual product being tested is a pretty significant step forward. I’m very interested to see what Clearpool reveals next. $CPOOL $XRP

The $CPOOL / $XRP story is getting more interesting. XRPL 3.4.0 now includes LendingProtocolV1_1, while the lending amendments are still waiting for enough validator support to activate. At the same time, Clearpool’s website now explicitly shows its planned XRPL product: RLUSD + XLS-65 vaults + XLS-66 lending. We’ve also seen what appears to be an RLUSD supply/borrow interface running on XRPL Devnet. Nothing is live on mainnet yet. But with CPOOL also starting to move… It looks like the market may be starting to connect the dots 👀

Large institutions are quietly locking liquidity on XRPL for the biggest institutional DeFi run in crypto history. The XRP Ledger was built to move value, now @ClearpoolFin is building the credit layer. $XRP $CPOOL
Now it gets really serious on the XRPL. Institutions are coming on to the XRP Ledger for borrowing and lending amendment with clear commitment. Not a "maybe" or "perhaps". It's happening. Clearpool provides the infrastructure (Permissioned Vault), Cicada provides the credit expertise (Loan Broker), and Ripple provides the capital (Depositor). and the borrowers are FinTechs 👀. Supply capital, earn yield, supply more capital -> Flywheel effect of compounding. All on XRP using XLS-66 (Lending) and XLS-65 (SAV) features, XRP as native settlement asset across the flow and for fees / reserves. More usage of the XRP protocol feeds the activity engine. Amazing to see this upcoming and next up is a demo of those flow!
