I'm in no way comparing my career to a professional wrestler, but I found the most success and personal happiness in life when given full trust and freedom to do the job that I'm paid to do without the fear of micromanaging or overcontrolling. When your employer shows you they respect and trust you and they pay you based on that respect and trust, you will will want to run through brick walls for them. Can't wait to see Dragunov in an AEW ring.
