Made over $40k the last 2 months in a row and I've come to realize.
My life will never be the same thanks to social media and literally just being willing to suck and embrace it until I didn't anymore.
Taking criticism and gathering insight from failure is so powerful. Plus just being consistent to a fault.
Those few things alone imo are the most important things you can possibly do to build and become successful in literally any business.
I wish I could have figured out how to make money like this when I was streaming because I miss it pretty bad.
Still alive btw 馃
Crazy that it's been over 2 years since I last streamed (and since I last played Tarkov)
I've been making ads for brands and it's been a much better fit for me. I had my highest month of all time last month 馃檹
However, I still miss my community, the tarkov community, and occasionally getting mag dumped by ping pong ball machines lol
I don't miss all the drama and being in the public eye. I do miss feeling like I made people's day a bit better each stream.
Hope everyone is doing well 鉂わ笍
It genuinely makes me so happy to see so many familiar tarkov streamers still at it.
I miss Tarkov. I miss streaming. Mostly, I miss the community and other streamers. And SOMETIMES I miss the ping pong balls 馃槄
I wonder if anyone remembers me lmao
Tried to report the warzone streamer Jordan Cisco who hit his pregnant wife on a @twitch stream and @tiktok_us says this.
Apparently hitting women is acceptable on these platforms seeing as how he's not banned on them.
She literally whimpered and had a black eye.
You can Escape from Tarkov now??
THIS IS SICK
Congratulations to @RealTigz on being the first to Escape from Tarkov. You survived. But at what cost.
I been saying this about AI. As someone who is directly affected, I know it well.
AI will only become better and more used. I will lose my job and many people will watch AI over real people not even knowing it.
Even full AI YouTube channels (some which already exist). But I'm talking like a recurring "main character" and everything.
AI needs some sort of safeguard to keep it from sucking the soul out of life.
AI is going to wipe out at least 25 million jobs in the next 5 to 10 years. Probably much more. It will destroy every creative field. It will make it impossible to discern reality from fiction. It will absolutely obliterate what鈥檚 left of the education system. Kids will go through 12 years of grade school and learn absolutely nothing. AI will do it all for them. We have already seen the last truly literate generation.
All of this is coming, and fast. There is still time to prevent some of the worst outcomes, or at least put them off. But our leaders aren鈥檛 doing a single thing about any of this. None of them are taking it seriously. We鈥檙e sleepwalking into a dystopia that any rational person can see from miles away. It drives me nuts. Are we really just going to lie down and let AI take everything from us? Is that the plan?
I wish it was more normal for studios to push back dates to make sure their game is perfect before releasing
I remember when I worked at Stater Bros. markets in California 15 years ago I was making $8.75 an hour.
I almost got fired for refusing to help some overweight lady who was being rude to my coworker who paid for a basket full of junk food using EBT (very common) and then used WIC checks to the fullest extent (at least this has to be healthy foods).
She had the newest iPhone. I could barely afford my flip phone and pay rent at my apartment working 40+ hours a week.
She smacked her 2 year old upside the head in the little top seat thing and I lost my cool. I looked at her, shook my head, told her she can bag her own groceries, and walked away.
She complained to corporate, they watched the tapes and I didn't get in any trouble.
But it always stuck with me how backwards the situation seemed.
I've worked full time since I was 16 years old. Have never not worked as an adult. It's insane that there are people who make more than I did for years of work for simply being lazy and having kids they can't afford to take care of.
When we had my first son, I worked extra hours and started a business to ensure we were going to be okay.
This needs to change.

If this is even remotely funny to you, I want you to remove me as a friend and do not think of me as one to you.
I do not want your support, nor do I need it.
You are mentally ill and should take care of yourself.
It disgusts me to know people like this exist.

It's officially been over 1 year since I last streamed.
I miss it.
AND
I don't miss it.
What I do now is mentally easier and healthier for me. Also more stable.
However I miss the fulfillment I got from streaming.
I really felt like I was making people's days/lives better which was a major driver for me to stream the way that I did.
I think I had some of the most chaotic streams on Twitch.
I really miss my community (they still shit on me almost daily in discord) but that's not the same as being live every day.
Streaming is very difficult, I respect all the homies still at it and miss y'all!
ChatGPT is sick. I've started using it as a business assistant. I sent it pics of my earnings from day 1 and it tracks it for me!
When I send screenshots it tells me my overall daily earnings.
It made me this graph. Very cool to see the income rise as I've improved 馃檹
It's coming up on one full year since the last time I streamed on Twitch.
There are parts I miss (my people).
And parts I don't miss (orange balls).
I've been making ads for brands through TikTok and have become a top creator.
It's been life changing for me and my family.
These are my last 6 months:
December 2024: $22,834
January 2025: $15,345
February 2025: $24,626
March 2025: $24,547
April 2025: $21,275
May 2025: $26,247 (currently)
This month will be the most I have ever earned in one month (previously it was $27k from Twitch during a subathon).
Just a little update. Been living that dad life. Baby just started walking, my older boys just finished the 2nd and 3rd grade (we homeschool). I've been steady working on our property making it nicer when I have time and the wife is happy.
I miss streaming at times but this is my path for now. I hope everyone has been doing well. I try to keep up with my streaming homies best I can, even from afar.
Miss y'all!
