I wish $ALP all the very best but going to bow out for now. I wish @enzovillani727 @kanaval3 @OwnYourDataNow @AlphaCompute all the very best and hope they can turn the company around and regain some of the SP it had under the previous directors.
$ALP @enzovillani727 @kanaval3 we await a stellar appraisal on the land in Pennsylvania but the markets know you’ll switch on the ATM as soon as it’s announced and you wonder why we are down here? @AlphaCompute What’s the point? You may as well give up now.
There seems to be a big problem with the ATM @enzovillani727 which is killing $ALP. I think you’ve lost the room if this drops below $3. The RS was sold to us as being to attract institutional investment but that’s not happened. Instead we are racing back to $1. @AlphaCompute
The whole point of an investors group is to provide information/research to people invested LONG TERM in the company and call the lowest point to buy in. Time to sit back and watch $ALP until we get our perfect price. Good luck all.
$ALP another fantastic day of accumulating stock for the investor group. Hopefully we can add around $3 tomorrow building a bigger and bigger stake. @AlphaCompute
And of course little $ALP are also adding to their $NVDA powered GPUs as we spotted this morning with them doubling their GPU capacity on Alpha-04. @AlphaCompute are STILL under the radar and we continue to quietly add stock. Most undervalued play on the $NASDAQ $sharetips
CHINESE TECH GIANTS REPORTEDLY ORDER OVER $35B IN $NVDA AI CHIPS
ByteDance, Alibaba $BABA and Tencent have reportedly placed orders for more than 3M Nvidia RTX PRO 5500 GPUs as U.S. export restrictions limit access to more advanced AI processors.
The export-compliant chips cost around $11,400 each and are primarily designed for AI inference workloads.
Total Chinese orders reportedly exceed 6M GPUs, while Nvidia expects to produce no more than 3M globally in 2027 as manufacturing capacity shifts toward its next-generation Rubin chips.
Nvidia has warned partners they may receive just 5-10% of requested quantities, with commercial shipments expected to begin in Q1 2027.
The reported order values do not represent confirmed sales or guaranteed deliveries.

From Q1 2027 $ALP will be generating over $60m annual income from their GPUs. At a current MCAP of $6m, you can see why the financials through 2027 will blow the current SP out of the water. There are other revenue streams to add to this and more to follow.
And confidential compute will be at the centre of the AI bounce. We were able to significantly increase our holding on the lows in $ALP this week. I’m sure next week promises to be just as full of company building news with that $60m annual revenue vs $6m MCAP disparity!
Lots of incorrect reporting on $ALP cash position with the latest data showing reserves up from £700k to approx $10.3m the company having completed a significant pivot from TON treasury play to GPU Confidential Compute. Those revenues will now spiral upwards @AlphaCompute
A very comprehensive cover of $ALP and the reason why we are here. We have had extensive comms with the company who have been superb in answering the questions they can and really built trust. Next week could be a very interesting one.
For those hunting structural mispricings in the micro-cap space, $ALP at ~$0.25 is an asymmetric setup worth a 👀...
This is a radical pivot from a defunct biotech shell into AI infrastructure.
With a ~$6M market cap, the disconnect between valuation and reported assets is massive.
The Nvidia Asset & Debt Structure
Alpha Compute reports ~$79.2M in assets vs ~$44.4M in liabilities. Crucially, $34.4M of that is non-recourse debt tied to NVIDIA Blackwell clusters, isolating the catastrophic downside from the core business.
• ALPHA-01 (Canada):
504-node B200s, securing ~$16.1M in ARR.
• ALPHA-02 (Sweden):
576-node B300s, backed by a $31.9M non-recourse loan.
So...Why the punitive "management discount" 🤔
Past deceit (the Anduril/Palmer Luckey incident) destroyed credibility.
Pair this with severe cash burn and tight working capital, and the market's extreme skepticism is 100% warranted.
The Q3 Execution Window
The coming months are make-or-break:
• Sweden Go-Live:
Doubling the active fleet to 1,000+ Blackwell GPUs.
• US Govt Arm:
Launching sensitive defense/government contracting.
• SPV Rollout:
An in-house capital arm to fund growth without relentless equity dilution.
• Audited Financials:
Following the 60% GAMEE stake closure, we need real, unmanipulated cash flow, not projections.
Let’s take a look at GAMEE...🧐
The acquisition of GAMEE (May '26) is a critical strategic verticalization for the stock:
• From Hardware to Platform: $ALP ceases to be just a "server renter" and acquires a proprietary distribution channel with 120M+ users (Telegram-first).
• Substance vs. Promises: GAMEE generates real, certifiable revenue. It is the only part of the business that offers the market the immediate proof of execution needed to counter skepticism toward management.
• Operational Sandbox: It provides an internal ecosystem to test AI agents and GPU workloads, ensuring that infrastructure is actually utilized rather than remaining idle.
In short: it is the bridge that transforms a speculative bet on expensive "hardware" into an operational ecosystem with accounting substance.
Valuation...🤔
The market analysis highlights a massive discount compared to competitors in the AI infrastructure sector.
• Multiples:
With a current market cap of $6M and an NTM sales outlook of $21M, $ALP trades at a P/Sales multiple of approximately 0.28x.
• Comparison:
The sector presents an average of 11.85x, with players like Applied Digital reaching 24.21x
• Fundamentals:
This discount coexists with $16.1M in annual contracted revenue, a live 504-GPU B200 cluster, and a qualified pipeline exceeding $200M.
Conclusion.
This is a highly speculative, asymmetric play.
The thesis lives or dies on whether operational shifts translate into audited cash on upcoming filings.
Now it remains to be seen whether the leopard has actually changed its spots, and if the company can truly rebuild its credibility..🫣
For those evaluating assets over momentum, it’s a setup to 👀 closely.
Just my opinion ☺️

The lower it goes, the more bags down the line for the @AlphaComputeInv 🥰 $ALP
Great to see @enzovillani727 constantly adding to his holding. Circa 70k shares now and I’m sure there’s much more to come. Should keep $ALP in range with our constant buying too.
Any genuine ‘long termers’ who can see the potential in $ALP are welcome to contact me if they would like an add to our investor group. No strings, just research.
$ALP could this be the stock of 2027? Already x10 undervalued based on the annual revenue from the GPU contracts signed SO FAR! Also a very valuable appraisal coming this week or next on their $5.5m acquired O&G asset in Pennsylvania. Watch this space!!
