$META is a no-brainer buy at these levels. Surveys indicate ad load still has room to rise. Meta has already become the e-commerce backbone across large parts of the emerging world. Time spent continues to grow. Normalized operating margins on the core business sit closer to 60%. On the CapEx worry: if the AI infrastructure build-out underdelivers, Meta can rent the capacity for a solid return. In the absolute worst case, a $100B write-off would still be immaterial relative to the long-term value of the franchise. The entire business is migrating toward a fully self-serve, AI-powered model. Users create the content. AI handles ad generation and placement. The vast majority of advertisers already operate on self-serve platforms, which means sales and marketing spend as a percentage of revenue should keep declining over time. And @finkd cares enough about the stock price to do the right things including using open source models instead of spending on his AI lab if he doesn't see it workout.

Felony assaults in the transit systems have doubled under Letitia James (up 94%). And according to the police commissioner, half of such felony assaults (48%) are perpetrated by mentally ill individuals. Letitia James called this “progress” at our debate. I call it failure. As Attorney General, I’ll get the severely mentally ill off our subways and streets and into residential treatment.

THIS IS WHAT KATHY HOCHUL'S NEW YORK CITY SUBWAY HAS BECOME UNDER ONE PARTY RADICAL LEFTIST PROGRESSIVE RULE Look at this photograph. Passengers crouched on the filthy floor of a subway car, huddled behind seats, clutching their belongings, and taking cover after a mostly peaceful shooting, wondering whether these might be their final moments alive. No one should have to practice battlefield survival techniques just to ride public transportation. It doesn't have to be this way. Change is possible.

President Obama, you spoke about someone’s life being turned upside down by the full weight of the federal government. My wife, Bevelyn Williams, received 41 months in federal prison under Biden’s DOJ. Our daughter lost her mother’s presence at home. Emails later released by DOJ called that sentence an “incredible result” and “excellent news.” President Trump pardoned her and reunited our family. He did the right thing. Before you condemn him, address what your own political party did. Take the plank out of your own eye before pointing to the speck in someone else’s. Your statement hit home. I’m speaking from passion, firsthand experience with government weaponization, and victory. You describe Congresswoman Omar’s situation as political targeting by Trump. Reporting describes investigative activity under Biden. The magistrate judge who approved the search was selected by the district court, previously donated to Clinton and clerked for an Obama appointee. Those facts establish neither guilt nor motive. They belong in the whole story. So does my family. Bevelyn is a Black Christian mother and private citizen. The protest happened in June 2020. NYPD was present both days. She wasn’t arrested at the scene. James sued her civilly in February 2021. Biden’s DOJ obtained an indictment in December 2022, approximately two and a half years later and after Dobbs. Our family experienced retaliation after Dobbs. Her requested First Amendment jury instruction was denied. Our daughter lived with the consequences. Letitia James had plenty of fight for my wife. New Yorkers deserved that same fight from their attorney general. She had already pursued Bevelyn civilly. Then she publicly promised to come after her again. Meanwhile, federal inspectors documented failures in her office’s criminal enforcement against Medicaid fraud and patient abuse and neglect. Vulnerable patients. Nursing home residents. Taxpayers. Their interests were her responsibility too. She made pursuing my wife a public priority. Her own office’s failures became a matter of public record. I call that vindictive politics and failed leadership. President Obama, putting her in the victim’s chair does not erase the people her leadership failed. DOJ’s weaponization report documents coordination with outside advocacy groups, a dossier containing information about me and our infant daughter, and sentencing disparities in the cases compared. Congratulations were exchanged over my wife’s sentence. We faced separation. Since your party emphasizes identity, include this: Trump pardoned a Black woman and reunited a Black family. Biden’s DOJ obtained the sentence that separated us. My family does not hate Democrats. Disagreement does not have to become hatred. Many Democrats, Republicans and Independents reject socialism and communism and want secure borders and safe communities. What we agree upon can help heal this nation’s fractures. Selective outrage and incomplete stories are exhausting. Put the whole record before the American people. They can draw their own conclusions. Our family mattered before a pardon. Our pain deserves to matter even when our politics don’t match yours.
It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota. To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically. Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country. Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case. Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve. In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota. The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

A 34-year-old man was shot and killed in a Midtown Manhattan subway station after an argument on the platform. This happened at the 7th Avenue and 53rd Street station. Near Rockefeller Center and Times Square. Near Central Park and Broadway theaters. And it happened in the middle of the day — 12:21 p.m. This is why so many families, workers, and tourists no longer feel safe in the subways. I am running for Attorney General to put an end to this chaos. We all deserve a safer New York. nypost.com/2026/10/17/us-new…

"That's not democracy. That's a purchase order." Cute line, Elizabeth. Let's read the Democratic purchase orders out loud. Start with yours. 2020, your presidential campaign is collapsing after Iowa and New Hampshire. A super PAC called Persist PAC shows up to rescue you. 96% of its money came from one Silicon Valley megadonor. One check. $14.6 million. Donors hidden until after Super Tuesday. You'd spent the whole primary telling everyone super PACs were corruption. Then you took the purchase order. Now the rest of the catalog. George and Alex Soros: $103.7 million this cycle alone, $102 million of it dumped into a single Democratic super PAC. Majority Forward, the dark money nonprofit tied to your own Senate leader Chuck Schumer: $102 million. Donors? Secret. House Majority Forward: $61.7 million. Donors? Also secret. Michael Bloomberg: around $1 billion on his own 2020 primary, $100 million for Biden in Florida, and still writing eight-figure checks in 2026. Reid Hoffman: $11.5 million into one super PAC for one Texas Senate race. Bill Gates: reportedly around $50 million to a pro-Harris group in 2024. Pritzker, Moskovitz, Steyer, Hastings: millions upon millions, cycle after cycle. Kamala Harris: over $1 billion raised in under three months. Lost anyway. Musk's money is disclosed, public, and on the front page of the New York Times article you just linked. Which, by the way, says $276 million, not "nearly $300 million." Schumer's money sits in an anonymous nonprofit nobody can see inside. So which one is the purchase order, Elizabeth? For twenty years, billionaire money was "saving democracy." Now it's "buying Congress." The only thing that changed is whose name is on the check.

🚨#BREAKING: Two teenager brothers are being hailed as HEROES after they DOVE INTO A RETENTION POND to RESCUE A GRANDMOTHER and a 2 and 5 year old from drowning!!! ...the 2 teens heard the splash, ran over, and pulled ALL THREE of them out ALIVE!!! The baby was still underwater in that stroller when they found him. He’s ALIVE today! ❤️ Their names are Maddox and Grant Larger. They’re brothers from Carmel, Indiana. Maddox is 15. Grant is 14. On Monday morning, around 11:15, Grant heard a splash. He looked down at the pond and saw them floating in the water. A grandmother, struggling, going under. Her 4-year-old grandbaby was strapped to her back. The stroller holding her 2-year-old had rolled into the pond and was partially SUBMERGED. Neither grandma nor the 4-year-old knew how to swim. Grant got on the phone with 911. Maddox, who swims for the Carmel Swim Club, jumped STRAIGHT IN. Together the brothers dragged grandma and the 4-year-old to dry land. But here’s the part that got me... Once everyone was out, Maddox realized the baby was STILL IN THE STROLLER. He unbuckled him, pulled him out, tipped him over to drain the water, and patted his back until the little baby coughed up the pond water... and started BREATHING again. By the time firefighters and police got there, both little kids were conscious. Carmel officials say there is no doubt these two boys SAVED THAT 2-YEAR-OLD’S LIFE. The fire department says they proved you don’t need a uniform or a badge to be a hero. And Grant? Humble as can be. “Anybody would’ve done what we did.” The city is honoring both brothers at the Carmel City Council meeting on November 16. FIFTEEN and FOURTEEN years old!!!!!! GOD BLESS Maddox and Grant Larger. THIS IS THE AMERICA I KNOW!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Beautiful.
If you want to know why Japan loves America so deeply, go to a quiet elementary school in Ishinomaki and say one name: Taylor Anderson. She was twenty-four years old, from Richmond, Virginia. Since she was a little girl, her dream was to come to Japan and build a bridge between our two countries. On March 11, 2011, at 2:46 PM, Taylor was standing in a classroom in Ishinomaki teaching English to Japanese children when the 9.0 earthquake shattered the coast. The ground buckled. Power died. Snow began to fall. Outside, the tsunami sirens began to wail across the port: A MONSTER WAVE IS COMING. RUN FOR THE HILLS. Taylor’s red bicycle was parked right outside the school gate. She was twenty-four and athletic. If she had gotten on that bike when the bell rang, she could have reached high ground in five minutes. Did Taylor leave? NO. In the freezing schoolyard, Japanese seven-year-olds were crying in terror, waiting for their mothers and fathers. Taylor refused to abandon her post. She knelt in the snow at eye level with those trembling children. She held their small hands, wrapped them in warmth, and smiled so they wouldn't be afraid. One by one, as frantic parents arrived, Taylor handed each child safely into their mother's arms. She did not get on her bicycle until EVERY SINGLE CHILD was safe. Fifteen minutes later, on her way home, the 30-foot black wall of the Pacific Ocean reached her street. Every student Taylor guarded lived. Taylor did not. And here is what shattered Japan’s heart all over again: When her father, Andy Anderson, flew from Virginia to the ruins of Ishinomaki to bring his little girl home, he didn't blame Japan. He looked at the surviving children crying in cold shelters, and he made a vow: “Taylor came here to love these children. Her mission is not finished.” Her American family took the donations from her funeral and built wooden reading libraries—“Taylor Bunko”—inside the schools of Ishinomaki so her children would always have books, warmth, and a place to dream. A twenty-four-year-old daughter of Virginia gave her life so Japanese children could grow up. Tell me another nation on earth with a heart like that. Thank you, Taylor. You are Japan’s daughter forever. 🇺🇸🤝🇯🇵

I've gotten the endorsement of 42 sheriffs across New York. That's an overwhelming majority. That's stunning.  The current sheriffs of New York endorsed the challenger instead of the sitting attorney general, who they've worked with for eight years.

Governor Hochul’s sanctuary policies have been a disaster for New York and the rest of the country.  On her watch, illegal aliens have been allowed to roam the streets freely, and have even been released from custody despite ICE detainers. As a result, innocent Americans have been murdered, shot, stabbed, and raped by these illegal aliens in New York and other states.  @DHSgov condemns these reckless and evil sanctuary policies and demands that Governor Hochul and her fellow sanctuary politicians put a stop to this before any more innocent lives are lost.
