Do not adjust your Possum!
Today we're changing the name (just the once, though)
TheAlness is now AlnessVT, and is AlnessVT across ALL platforms!
Accept no imitations!

๐ฐ๐ข PRODUCTIVITY WORKSHEET RELEASE๐ฐ๐ข
it's finally here on #vgen! if you're a content creator struggling with your to-do lists, this worksheet is designed to help you work through it!
only $5 for the first two weeks!
link and more details below!! ๐โฌ๏ธ
The idea that one person's success is the opportunity to complain about your (perceived) failings is toxic AF.
It's essentially saying "I need you to hold back because I can't do what you're doing".
And the fact I'd I've had this from people doing better than me metrics-wise.
VTubers, PLEASE learn how to clap for your friends without immediately turning it into a comparison
If your friend hits Partner, gets a huge collab, blows up from a clip, lands a sponsor, whatever-
LET ๐THEM ๐HAVE ๐THEIR ๐MOMENT ๐
You can be proud of them AND still feel a little jealous or insecure sometimes, both can exist
Just maybe don't make their win the exact moment you start posting about how behind you feel ๐
Content creation is already competitive enough without making your friends' wins feel like "proof" you're losing
I want my friends to win stupidly hard that it's pathetic, and I want to win right beside them too

HEY YOU๐ซต
Final Fantasy 14 enjoyer!!
The viera council (+ Kuja) has assembled once againโฆ for a lively picnic! ๐ฅฐ
Hey Posse,
Stream tonight, and on Thursday at normal time. Chain of Memories tonight.
I'm tempted to plan Saturday as another Alness After Dark (later start time) since that went down well. Along with more Baby Steps then?

Maybe not my favorite, but the best animation I've done was probably doomguy as a chiropractor

I want: a sense of community and cameraderie while playing a game together with friends
I get: coming back from work to see my NEET friends have played for 8 hours without me, have disassembled my base, and don't really feel like playing anymore

MIX IT UP v1.8.200 IS OUT NOW! ๐
This one brings a whole new platform, two new service integrations, and a solid pile of fixes.
๐ต WELCOME, VPZONE!
@V3RTICALPIX3L is now fully integrated with streamer and bot accounts, chat (emotes and badges for broadcaster, mod, sub tiers, VPZ+, Founder, Ambassador), viewer list, moderation, channel management, Channel Points, and more.
You get announce and pin/unpin actions, a full set of slash commands, events for stream start/stop, follows, subs, resubs, gifts, mass gifts, raids, channel points, cheers, clips, and shoutouts, plus the identifiers and overlay support to make it all work with the rest of your setup.
๐ VCONNECT INTEGRATION
We've added VConnect, the latest and greatest from @Remasuri32 , as a new service integration! Activate triggers, send custom messages to its WebSocket nodes, look up assets, and react to trigger activated/ended, asset spawned/despawned, asset hit, and custom message received events.
๐ฆ RAHITUBER INTEGRATION
PNGTubers get another option with RahiTuber! Trigger State and Stop State actions by name or list position. Toggle and permanent states just need a trigger. While Held states stay on until you stop them. No events coming back the other way, just clean control.
๐ ๏ธ FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS
Velora gifted subs credit the right person and fire with a proper target.
Velora raids fire.
Twitch reconnects after sleep are more reliable and only report connected once event subscriptions are registered.
Special identifier math, nested string functions, count(), and replace() all handle messy input better.
Tiltify rewards load even when one is unlimited.
JustGiving connects and fires donations again.
Latest video lookups refresh every 10 minutes instead of waiting for a restart.
External Program actions with Wait For Finish now have a timeout so a hung program doesn't block the rest of the command.
Only Public Videos is now a setting (on by default) so private, unlisted, and scheduled YouTube uploads no longer count as your latest video or Short.
A few noisy error logs for missing pronouns or membership levels are quieter too.
Full changelog's in the Discord.
Docs on the website are already updated.
You all keep building incredible things, we'll keep giving you more to build with. ๐๐โค๏ธ๐๐

The former developers of the Calamity Mod will be hosting charity streams for 3 days, starting on the 15th.
The goal of the event is to raise funds for the developers who were not given proper payment for their work by Ozzatron.
This is the best chance to support the developers.
I've always been fascinated by the tech behind Vtubers since the Face Rig days. I remember being angry (in a fun way) that one streamer was streaming as a Shiba Inu because the idea was so good!
The dog doesn't stream anymore, for good reasons...
