Kitchen gossip – I love it.
I had the privilege to have my desk close to the staff kitchen a few times in my career. It is a beautiful place where people relax, masks fall, and the heart is on the tongue. It's a place where tears flow and laughter is hea…lnkd.in/dJvtJXW

So, I as a German supported #England the English way – in a pub. We won! What shocked me was the negativity during the whole game. Well, the #ThreeLions proved many of their supporters wrong and progressed after a penalty shootout. Well done #ThreeLions! #bbcworldcup

Thank you @convergys for the good times I had in Halle about 10 years ago, when you were still called buw. The lesson you taught me – staff are the number one in a business, not customers. The cup is a constant reminder of that.
