Hi @LKBennettLondon just had very disappointing customer service at your Westfield store having not been able to exchange an online purchase where you didn’t send out a returns label. Emailed your customer service on Saturday and no response.
By the way @LKBennettLondon the email address and telephone number on your online order receipts don’t work. Almost like you are putting barriers in place of customers.
