I'm sick of hearing that Russell Brand's trial is a political hit job, a set-up, a witch hunt or punishment for his beliefs. NO. He's in court because SIX women have accused him of serious sexual assault. And a jury will decide. This is LITERALLY how justice works.

The Green Party is a proudly democratic party, but our exponential growth means that our processes need updating. Then we can realise all our potential and model the participatory democracy - and the strategic leadership - that we want to see across the nation.

Three years on, we remember the horrific events of October 7 and the wave of destruction in Gaza that has followed it.
We call today, and every day, for an end to the violence, for peace and safety for all.

Whatever you might think about the Greens, I’d say they have usefully helped to shape the debate — and to some extent government policy — not just on climate, but on other significant issues, such as Brexit, the genocide in Palestine and Palantir.

Holborn and St Pancras is looking incredibly close.
Thank you to everyone joining us today on the doorsteps - we know it's only by having conversations with voters that we can win this.
With just five days to go - we need you!
Now the Greens and Polanski are off their peak it’s tempting to dismiss as a flash in the pan. But regardless of what happens in Holborn, their influence on political landscape inc yesterdays speech has been outsized - like Farage in the 2010s. Would argue Gorton and Denton result even more consequential than Makerfield. On a par with Clacton 2014

I've long thought that nature decline cannot be viewed solely as an environmental issue. Increasingly it's a threat to our national security.
In this week's EDP, I've written about my work in Parliament to get a crucial report published and for the Government to finally treat the risk of ecosystem collapse with the seriousness it deserves.

There are simple steps you can take to become better prepared for an emergency.
This Preparedness Month, we're encouraging households to prepare for emergencies by creating an emergency plan.
One practical action is to prepare a small grab bag containing essential items such as medication, important documents, phone chargers, a torch and basic supplies. Having these items ready to go can save valuable time if you ever need to leave your home quickly due to an emergency.
Being prepared doesn't have to be complicated. Small steps taken today can make a big difference tomorrow.

If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, ....
I am calling on various parts of the establishment to now ease off on their rhetoric about Restore Britain.
The Telegraph, Labour MPs, Farage, the Daily Mail, Lib Dems, the Guardian. Whoever.
It is putting our people at risk - directly leading to one being hospitalised for burns today, and endangering others.
Challenge our ideas, criticise our policies, debate us on our platform.
But to keep referring to our party as somehow 'nazi' or a whole other string of insults is evidently riling up these wild mobs.
Pushing for mass deportations is mainstream politics, backed by millions and millions of Brits. That is NOT 'nazism'.
Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, should be physically attacked in the street for peacefully campaigning.
This has to end.
Colour me surprised. Follow the money

Good news!
I made the case for banning adverts for high-carbon products back in 2020. It was important then and it’s even more crucial now.
Huge respect to @adfreecities for their years of campaigning, and to my @bristolgreen council colleagues for making it happen 👏
